Foi ótima, mas poderia ter sido melhor se os terraços tivessem arrumados.
Pros:

I really liked the location, the tranquility. The employee Zaeem is an excellent professional, super attentive and helpful. I would stay again for sure.

Cons:

I didn't like the terraces without any care or decoration. But I chose the hotel precisely for that reason. To enjoy the view of the balloons in a beautiful place. But the terrace was totally neglected.

Mangelhaftes Hotel
Cons:

Leider ein sehr mangelhaftes Hotel,
Wir sind zu zweit gereist und als Frauen fühlte man sich leider unsicher und bedrängt (vom Personal). Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht allein reisenden Frauen!
Das Personal war unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Ich wurde gefragt wieso ich denn die Suite gebucht habe und dass ich sie nicht brauche, zudem wollte er mir für den Preis den ich zahlte dann ein Standard Zimmer geben.
Das Zimmer riecht sehr streng durch die Feuchtigkeit und beim schlafen fallen kleine Steine von der Decke. Die Klima Anlage heizt/kühlt nicht richtig.
Die Sauberkeit lies auch zu wünschen übrig.
Zum Frühstück haben wir uns garnicht mehr getraut durch mangelhafte Hygiene.
Das einzig gute ist die Lage des Hotels.

Gute Übernachtung
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ganz nahe am Zentrum und das Zimmer ist traditionell. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Leider war kein Babybett frei, uns wurde gesagt dass sie sich das Babybett mit einem anderen Hotel teilen.

Very nice experience
Pros:

Very nice place , location near to the Center just few minutes away , the staff and reception are so cooperative and they can provide ballon tickets with good prices. The terrace is nice .

Bien mais le prix était trop élevé par rapport à l’attente, j’aurai mis 30€ de plus pour l’hôtel d’à côté qui était plus
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très bien
La chambre était bien en général

Cons:

Pas de parking alors qu’il est indiqué un parking

Je m’attendais à ce que la terrasse soit décorer et qu’on puisse y accéder pour le petit déjeuner mais non

Dans la chambre, le mur se fripe donc pleins de petit cailloux sur le lit
Une pente très raide pour accéder à la chambre…

Pros:

L'emplacement et le petit déjeuner si on aime le salé dès le matin.

Cons:

On a réservé à Angel capadocia cave hôtel. On avait filtré le choix avec parking.
On s'est retrouvé à Rose cave, juste à côté mais les chambres n'ont rien à voir avec les photos.
L'éclairage est médiocre, la propreté aussi. Il y a des cailloux qui tombent du plafond sur le lit continuellement. On doit secouer les draps avant de se coucher. Un matin on avait plus d'eau. Un autre matin que de l'eau froide.
Bien sûr il n'y a pas de parking.
Le gars de l'accueil a fait le forcing pour nous vendre des excursions dès notre arrivée en nous disant que les prix varient beaucoup et que si on attend on risque de passer à côté du prix qu'il garantit. Un petit tour en centre ville et on a facilement trouver à bien moins cher.

La terrazza su cui si fa la colazione è molto carina, la camera è molto spaziosa, soprattutto il bagno. Gentile lo staff che ci ha proposto e prenotato tante attività

Cons:

La stanza che ci hanno dato non era nella struttura che avevo prenotato, ma nella struttura "gemella" (Rose Cave) che ha la stessa gestione e si trova dall'altro lato del cortile. La colazione buona, ma suggerirei di farla iniziare prima, le 8.30 è un po' tardi.

È stato un soggiorno eccezionale, grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff!
Pros:

Lo staff, l'accoglienza, la reception sempre presente 24h/24h e per qualsiasi richiesta sempre gentili, cordiali e disponibili, la posizione centrale, la location molto caratteristica con la possibilità di ammirare le mongolfiere da una terrazza comune.
