Pros:

It was really clean and nicely kept. Bar/restaurant staff is absolutely fantastic

Cons:

The WiFi is soooooo poor. Really struggled with the connection on my phone and I was thinking about doing a few days of work while bing there - it wouldn’t work out.

Absolutely cute and comfortable hotel
Pros:

The hotel is really nice and comfortable. Stuff was really helpful, nice and friendly. Its situated close to the bus station, only 5min.walk and around 10min to the beach. There are some shop and cafes/pizzaria around, so you can by some food/snaks. The hotel territory is clean, big and nice.

The Breakfast/dinner was good. Near most the same everyday, but the was enough to choose from, and everything really tasty and fresh

Cons:

The cleaning can be a bit better.
There was days, where we found our room same dirty, as it was before we leave for a walk, just with changed towels and taken garbage.
But mostly- ok quality 👌🏻

Hotel moyen.
Pros:

Joli complexe. Quelques personnes dans le personnel très agréables et serviables, chambre correct et la literie est bonne. Petit déjeuné et dinner avec du choix. Le petit massage de 15 minutes offert tres agréable, et l esthéticienne charmante.

Cons:

L emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas agreable. ERAKLION est à 15 kms, sans voiture, rien autour donc sauf du transat rien a faire.debut de saison, personnel pas sufissement opérationnel. Le ménage laisse à désiré, serviettes non remplacées, café non rechargé plusieurs fois sur mon séjour. Niveau restauration, choquée par le fait de se faire servir un verre d eau et ne pas laisser la carafe sur la table. Juste un verre d eau !!!!!

okay for the price, we paid, but bit disappointing

kind stuff, felt welcome, clean facilities

good price

room to main pool, was loud till 11, which was fine for us but may bother others

Cons:

- the food gave us a tummy problems every evening and morning
- vegetarian selection was limited some evenings were better than others
- half board has no drinks in the evening including, which we were informed about on arrival but not beforehand
- free water wasn't available and got served chlorined tap water
- the massage was okay, didn't really help to remove stress or similar, okay for the half of we got on them, but not satisfying

Executive rooms are new and spacious. Quiet and peaceful area, easy access to explore the island. Staff was kind and polite. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Must stay here!!
Pros:

I stayed here for one night because I needed something close to the airport and the exhibitions center, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was renovated, comfy beds with a nice view over the pool. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was really tasty. I also rented a car through the hotel, which made getting around really easy. Overall, the location was very convenient.

Cons:

the weather was cloudy. And the sea water was cold for me, eventhough many others were swimming. I wish they kept bottle of water in the room
