Pros:

Das Frühstück war immer hervorragend. Leider war uns der Pool zu kalt. Die Sauna ist recht klein, mehr als 2 Personen eher unangenehm. Leider war auch die Erlebnisdusche nur mit kaltem Wasser und die Düsen nicht entkalkt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns grundsätzlich wohlgefühlt.

Pros:

Im Hotel angekommen wurde ich sehr höflich und im perfekten Deutsch empfangen.
Es duftete sehr angenehm nach frischem Holz, als ich die Zimmertür öffnete.
Ein modernes, sehr großes, Bad( der Kosmetikspiegel faszinierte mich , ich bin eben Frau 😉😊, er leuchtete, wenn man näher an den Spiegel geht der wohl eine Vergrößerung ein von 10x hatte) ein kleiner begehbarer Schrank ( was ich persönlich genial fand) ein gemütlich großes Bett, ein großer Fernseher und viel Raum lud mich zum Erholen, nach meinen wunderschönen Ausflügen in den Dolomiten, ein.
Ich möchte mich bei den besonders freundlichen Personal bedanken. Vom Kellner bis zum Reinigungspersonal.
An Milan, der mir an den Abenden ein bisschen smalltalk anbot, ein besonderes Lob, es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass ein Kellner diesen Service bieten kann.
Die Küche bietet hervorragende Speisen an. Das Frühstücks- Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig und in großer Auswahl. Man bekommt einen Einblick in einem kleinen Bereich, wo man erkennen kann das alles frisch zubereitet wird.
Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar klein aber fein. Ausgestattet mit einer Erlebnisdusche und einer therapeutischen Warmluft- Kabine, beides sehr interessant.
Ich konnte meinen Urlaub sehr genießen

Ein Ganzkörper- Spiegel fehlt vielleicht noch, der gut im Flur passen würde

Passeggiate a piedi partono direttamente dall hotel .
Tires molto tranquilla sicuramente fuori dal caos di altre zone del Trentino . Per chi ama relax consigliatissimo

Unica mancanza: frigobar in camera non presente . In effetti non era segnato nella descrizione della camera ma onestamente prensavo fosse scontato. Più che altro perché d estate con le temperature alte di questi giorni non si riesce a tenere acqua per la

Everything was perfect ! The room was very clean with a great view. The food was very delicious and the whole staff was very nice and friendly! The spa was also very clean and calming ! The location of the hotel is very close to the ski area. Definitely recommend it !
