Amazing stay would recoomend.
Pros:

Great location and great room, had an excellent stay at kainoa guesthouse. Would recommend for those going on holiday in tokyo. Room was clean and very spacious!

Pros:

Communicatie met eigenaar verliep perfect. We werden opgehaald bij de bushalte.
De lokatie is vlak bij een station aan de ringlijn van Tokyo zodat alle lokatie makkelijk en snel te berieken waren.

Pros:

Super quartier très familial et dynamique. Offre toutes les commodités à pieds. Metro pas loin pour rejoindre rapidement les points touristiques de Tokyo. Logement tout confort dans une rue calme.

10/10, will stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo
Pros:

Clean, quiet, and spacious rooms with gigantic comfortable beds. The owners are able to speak English and are very accommodating if you need help. This place is on par with hotels that cost 2x as much!

Cons:

My only complaint would be that you don’t get towel replacements unless you contact the owners to ask for more. If you’re ok with reusing the same towel this won’t be an issue for you; but if you do need new towels for health or hygiene reasons be sure to let the owners know in advance.

otel çalışan ve sahipleri ile iletişimimiz başta iyiyken, girişten sonra bitti, herhangi bir karşılama, ihtiyaç veya çıkış yardımı yoktu, kaldığımız 5 günde odads herhangi bir temizlik yapılmadı ve hiç iletişim kuracak birine denk gelmedim.

Pros:

Das unkomplizierte Check in. Bequeme Betten. Wasserkocher vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur 5 Minuten bis zur Otsuka Station an der Yamanote Line.

Cons:

Nur ein Schrank für drei Personen, aber uns hat es nicht gestört, weil wir mit Rucksäcken angereist sind.

Très confortable et bien situé
Pros:

Nous nous sommes sentis rapidement comme chez nous, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable pour deux personnes. Le quartier est calme et proche des transports, très pratique pour visiter la ville.

Great value, great location and room was well equipped.
Pros:

The location was great. Very short walks to the train stations and Ikebukuro is nearby (worth visiting).
Yuko was incredibly helpful especially making sure we had everything we needed and offered assistance with sending our luggage to our next hotel.
