Great stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Very great location, comfortable bed and AC. I liked the possibility of having a smoke free room.

Pros:

目的の飲食店やコンビニに近く、コーヒーメーカーで好きな種類があったこと、水ペットボトルがあったこと、時間が15-翌日11時まで滞在できることでした。

Cons:

空気清浄機があって水を入れて使おうと思ったら、表面が黄色の液体？がこぼれた跡が残ってて、水の容器の回す蓋もカビだらけでした。定期的な掃除をされていないのかと残念に思いました。部屋もタバコの臭いが残ってて、1時間ごとに森林のスプレーをふりかけてました。
両足だけ発疹が翌日夜に数個見つかってダニ？と思うことでした。

Great location, good quality room, friendly staff. It's a great place to base yourself in Tokyo.

食事付きが断然お得、オススメ
Pros:

スタッフ皆さん、丁寧な行き届いた対応、露天風呂、部屋の広さ、食事、どれも良かったです。

Cons:

子供がいたのですが、食事の際子供用と大人の場合の違いの説明がなかったです。

We love this location
Pros:

I had already been here, the location on the yamanote, close to Shinjuku and Shibuya, and also on the metro line to nakano is very good. The room is clean and the staff is really nice and helpful

Cons:

The room is pretty small, which is not a problem but it is something to be mindful of. It is par for the course for hotel rooms at this price point though

照明について

Habitació sense entrada de llum natural per cap lloc, una finestra tapada amb barres metal-liques que no es poden obrir, sense entrada de llum, cap ventilació possible. Llit dur i incòmode i coixins incòmodes i durs.

Pros:

The location was excellent; you're at the bus stop in 5 minutes, and 7-Eleven and Family Mart are 2 minutes away. The rooms were small, as is common everywhere in Japan. There are microwave and smoking areas, but those were also small for us. There's Uniqlo and Don Quijote in Takadonababa, so I think the hotel is very good. I definitely recommend it if you want something affordable and satisfying. The staff and owner were very nice.
