Pros:

Bon emplacement, proche des transports et restaurants à côté.

Cons:

Chambre au Rez de chaussée avec aucune possibilité de voir l’extérieur. Fenêtre renforcée avec une grille en fer, impossible d’avoir la lumière du jour.

Nice location but our room was dank and dingy
Pros:

The location was really great near the station. Some places to eat around the place. Room was also a decent size.

Cons:

The room was dark, dank and dirty. A layer of dust sat on most of the furniture, though the bathroom was clean. There was a bad smell in the room which we covered up with perfume.

Great stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Very great location, comfortable bed and AC. I liked the possibility of having a smoke free room.

Pros:

目的の飲食店やコンビニに近く、コーヒーメーカーで好きな種類があったこと、水ペットボトルがあったこと、時間が15-翌日11時まで滞在できることでした。

Cons:

空気清浄機があって水を入れて使おうと思ったら、表面が黄色の液体？がこぼれた跡が残ってて、水の容器の回す蓋もカビだらけでした。定期的な掃除をされていないのかと残念に思いました。部屋もタバコの臭いが残ってて、1時間ごとに森林のスプレーをふりかけてました。
両足だけ発疹が翌日夜に数個見つかってダニ？と思うことでした。

食事付きが断然お得、オススメ
Pros:

スタッフ皆さん、丁寧な行き届いた対応、露天風呂、部屋の広さ、食事、どれも良かったです。

Cons:

子供がいたのですが、食事の際子供用と大人の場合の違いの説明がなかったです。
