Très confortable et accueillant
Pros:

L'accueil et les équipements de l'hôtel étaient parfaits, les chambres étaient bien insonorisées et très propres. Le petit déjeuner était varié et l'accès aux bains chauds est un confort supplémentaire non négligeable

Cons:

Malheureusement l'accès à la terrasse du 10eme avec vue sur skytree n'était pas possible

80点ですかね。
Pros:

都内の何店舗かに宿泊したことはありますが、錦糸町店はすぐ出ると飲食店、ショッピングモール、駅近、多くの人がいるのにうるさくなくとプラスな点がたくさんありました。

あと、夕方から朝遅くまで男女別の大浴場が使えたり、朝ごはんもゆったり時間で食べれた点です。洗濯も洗うのは有料でしたが乾燥器は無料だった点もとても助かりました。

また機会があれば滞在したいと思いました。

Cons:

館内、国際色豊かだったので日本のルールに則ってもらえたら嬉しかったなと。例えば、ある日の夜大浴場を使った時、外国人女性が体・髪を洗わずに浴槽に浸かろうしていたので一応、私から体・髪を洗ってから入ってね。と伝えました。その女性は素直に従ってくれました。

この様な事はフロント（チェックイン時）や部屋のインフォメーション、浴場内等で周知はできるはず。と思います。

スタッフさんは多言語扱うのは大変かもしれないので録音したものやあらかじめタブレットなどで訳したものを見せる事を活用されては？

Pros:

Very spacious as compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Clean and right in front of kinshicho station. Super location. Safe , Calm and downstairs lawson store. Excellent hotel and i would love to book it again when in Tokyo

地點方便，機場可直達，飯店樓下有便利商店，周邊晚上很多吃的松屋居酒屋等，還有唐吉呵德方便逛街，對面飯店還有直達機場的巴士，飯店有提供早餐6:30-9:00還有溫泉＾＾已經第3次入住，大推
