Pros:

スタッフの方はとても良かった。

Cons:

大浴場の浴槽の湯が止めてあった。今までこんなところはない。
朝食は美味しくない。

整體來說地點和設施都很棒
Pros:

[地點]
地點方便，錦糸町站走路 5 分鐘內，附近也有很多百貨跟餐廳，隔壁就有 Lawson 和唐吉訶德

[房間]
- 房內有很多鏡子很方便，玄關處的全身鏡、浴室鏡、書桌前有大鏡子、床邊也有長型鏡子
- 有許多高度的枕頭可供選擇（原本預設的枕頭是很長很硬的枕頭，建議一定要自己拿其他款枕頭）
- 入住多日選擇不清潔的話，清潔人員依然會掛替換的備品和垃圾袋在門把上

[其他]
- 有大浴場可泡湯很讚，使用人數也不多
- 可到櫃檯旁借用行李秤（不可帶回房間）
- 使用密碼鎖，不需辦理退房

Cons:

1. 電梯只有一台，等待時間稍長，入住期間還有遇到 3 小時的維修期無法使用
2. 退房時間（10:00）跟早餐時間（09:00）都稍早，需要特別早起
3. 衛浴滿小的洗澡會有壓迫感，但因為有大浴場，所以也可以直接在大浴場洗澡，沐浴用品不是很好用
4. 房間較小，一人住+一個28吋行李箱很剛好，兩人住+兩大行李箱應該會太擁擠
5. 住的房型窗外緊鄰樓梯，因此不太能拉開窗簾

駅近、とにかく便利！
Pros:

最寄駅から数分、周りにお店が沢山あってとにかく便利です．部屋の割にベッドが大きく、スカイツリーのライトアップも寝転んで見られたのはラッキー！大浴場と朝食付きなのも良かったです。

Cons:

エレベーターが1台なので、混雑時に少し待ちました。でも他の方の口コミを見ていたので想定内でしたが...(笑)。

Hotel sconsigliatissimo!!!

L’unica nota positiva è stata la posizione

Cons:

Camere piccolissime,neanche lo spazio x un trolley,bagno tipo servizio da cantiere in plastica..caldo insopportabile nelle aree comuni e puzza di muffa nelle camere. Inoltre la signora della reception, che preparava anche le colazioni, è’ stata molto maleducata al momento del check out in quanto abbiamo lasciato la camera alle 11 perché mia figlia non stava bene, ma nonostante questo ci ha anche addebitato 2000 yen. Non capisco come Booking non verifichi certe strutture e recensioni che ci hanno indotto a scegliere questo hotel.
