Enjoy life in a genuine tea bungalow.
Pros:

High up in the tea country this original tea bungalow is in excellent condition
mand a sight to behold. It has beautiful gardens and views from every window, and tea on the patio is a must.

The rooms are in traditional style and while basic, perfectly adequate. There is a large sitting room and dining room for guest use as well . They have a nice menu of traditional Sri Lankan and European dishes.

It makes a useful base if you are exploring the area and trails.

Cons:

Not a big deal but a basic bathroom so bring your own toiletries if you have specific needs.

Pros:

The staff were amazing. Amal, ChanSri and Vinu were amazing. They were extremely accommodating. They even gave us New Year’s food from the Sri Lanka New Year’s. Even gave us a small box of tea before we left. I think the place need a little updating, but overall it was amazing service.

Cons:

I think the location could’ve been a little closer to town. Also the facility need to be a little more updated. I did hear some noises from above. However, I was OK with it.

Pros:

Fantastic colonial style accommodation with a huge room overlooking the beautiful garden. I did the tea tour which was 100% recommended. So informative. The bungalow is located in the plantations and i walk up into them in the early morning and took some great photos. The food was excellent. This is a beautiful area, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was superb.

Cons:

Alles war bestens

Helt fantastisk ophold lige midt i teplantagerne
Pros:

Vil varmt anbefale denne lille perle

Cons:

Intet

Pros:

Wonderful location, lovely garden. Very helpful staff, Murali made our stay very comfortable and gave us some useful information from on the Pekoe trail stages which we were grateful for. Highly recommend getting dinner here as it was delicious (we had masala dosa) and perfect vegan food for both meals we had.

Zeer fijn verblijf!
Pros:

Unforgettable Stay – Highlight of Our 3 Weeks in Sri Lanka
Pros:

A stunning place right in the middle of a tea plantation, full of unique style and atmosphere. The staff, led by Murali, were exceptional – friendly, helpful, very attentive, and well organised, making sure we had everything we needed.
Hatton and Norwood is a beautiful, peaceful area – a true hidden gem, very different from the touristy Nuwara Eliya. Murali recommended a hike along the Pekoe Trail through the plantations, which offered breathtaking views. For anyone interested in tea, we highly recommend the comprehensive guided tour "The Tea Fields" with Rimas to learn about the history, cultivation, and production of tea.

Pros:
