Desconexión en la playa del Francés, Tolú

Maravillosa atención del personal, tanto en recepción como en cocina y aseo. Dieron respuesta a quejas y ayudaron con contactos sobre otros servicios en la región. Desayuno muy completo. Bonita piscina, vista a la playa, aseado.

Cons:

Tuvimos que solicitar que se hablara con algunos huéspedes por el volumen alto de parlantes personales, sería bueno que este tipo de dispositivos no fuera permitido ya que el hotel se vende como un sitio de desconexión y descanso. Lo bueno fue que el equipo enfrentó la situación. Podría haber más variedad en las comidas. Había muchos zancudos, nos ayudaron con pastillas pero no nos daba tranquilidad por la posible transmisión de enfermedades.

Pros:

La atención del personal es muy buena y resuelven con rapidez

Cons:

El aire de la habitación casi no enfriaba y que no tienen un bar con atención constante de bebidas y coctelería.

Pleasant seafront but issues that could have been fixed easily, particularly the mosquito issue.

The sea, location just by the beach, friendly staff

Cons:

The place was infested with mosquitoes, when we entered our room on the ground floor we had to kill around 30 of them. There were no mosquito nets for the beds, which would have been an easy and cheap solution, neither mosquito nets at windows or doors. The shower head was missing, the room was poorly furnished and decorated with not enough lights, bedsheets had stains. While the house is nice the photographs are deceiving. It is not located in a secluded area and it is definitely not a five star hotel.
