Pros:

It was convenient to the ferry.

Cons:

It is impossible to drive there. We did not know this and got into a tricky situation that could have been bad. The staff should have let us know this upon booking.

Fantastic location, fab comfortable hotel with outstanding views over Lake. Brilliant team, bravo.
Pros:

The reception team helped with multiple questions before we arrived, always being very helpful. We had a split stay at both hotels being run by the family. The family work tirelessly to make sure your stay is very special. For breakfast we were offered a wide selection of food buffet style, with great service. The hotel's location is just perfect, right by the lake with perfect views and very easy access to the ferries. We had dinner at the hotel on our last night, this was a lovely end to a fabulous holiday. Thank you so much.

Cons:

The rooms could have been improved a little with some nice pictures or scenic photos of the lake. We had a family room, so for adults the single beds were a little on the snug size. That said, it was our choice to book a family room. Not a deal breaker.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr guter Küche
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage, sehr zentral für Ausflüge, sehr gute Küche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Gleich beim Hotel ist eine Einstiegsstelle zur Fähre, es stehen auch drei sehr schöne Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung zur Verfügung. Das Auto kann bequem in einer Garage ganz in der Nähe geparkt werden.

Rewelacyjne wakacje nad Como!
Pros:

Wszystko, położenie, czystość, minimalistyczny elegancki wystrój, pyszne jedzenie, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, ale nie nachalna, niepowtarzalny włoski klimat, piękne widoki z balkonu na jezioro i marinę, spod hotelu odpływają promy do wszystkich miasteczek wokół jeziora, mało turystów, uroczy gwar z knajpki przy hotelu, cudowne miejsce, zdecydowanie polecamy!

Would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Nice breakfast, beautiful views of the water.

Cons:

A/C was controlled by front desk. Though we could open our windows to get the room cooled down, we had to keep them closed due to smokers beneath our windows (including staff) and because of the noise coming from the bar next door. There was a loud group who stayed till 12:00 midnight one of our nights.

Très bon PDJ

Cons:

L'hôtel est inaccessible en voiture. Nous devons nous garer tout en haut des escaliers (300 à 400 m) et appeler l'hôtel pour qu'une personne vienne chercher nos bagages et garer le véhicule. C'est très contraignant et pas pratique du tout !
Sinon, la vue de la chambre est superbe et le personnel très agréable.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am See mit spektakulärem Ausblick auf das Wasser, direkt am Platz eine charmante Bar und gleich gegenüber der Schiffanlegestelle!!
