Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit sehr serviceoriertem Personal
Pros:

Supernettes und serviceorientiertes Personal. Kostenloser Kaffee und Obst am Morgen, Kühlschrank in Gästeküche vorhanden

Cons:

Das Zimmer war um 15.30 Uhr noch nicht fertig , fahrradgarage etwas schwer zu finden, aber schön groß

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Sie hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. In wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt. Frühstück war im Preis nicht inbegriffen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren auf Moselradtour und konnten die Räder in einem separaten abschließbaren Raum abstellen. Das Bett war bequem und das Bad sauber. Insgesamt alles gut. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder nehmen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt.

Es hat uns gut gefallen.
Pros:

Es war ruhig im Hotel und auf der Straße. Wir waren, wie gewünscht, in der obersten Etage mit Blick auf einen sehr großen, schönen von anderen Häusern umgebenen Innenhofbereich, wo es auch ruhig war. Die Lage ist gut, recht nah zu den Fußgängerzonen und Plätzzen.

Gut für Radreisende
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, neu und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, der Check-In lief easy via Schlüsselbox, den ersten Kaffee des Tages konnte man sich an der Rezeption aufs Zimmer holen und für die Räder gab es eine abschließbare Kammer in der Tiefgarage.

Warme welkom, attente medewerker, top verblijf
Pros:

- Reguliere inchecktijd overschreden (we kwamen te laat), maar de medewerker ging alsnog op ons wachten.
- korte lijn via de Whatsapp, door hun geinitieerd ivm arrival time
- Locatie hartje centrum
- vriendelijke medewerker die ons info gaf over het verblijf en 'regels'
- parkeerplaats is vooraf via hotel aan te vragen
- Paaspresentjes
- koffie en thee van het huis (elke dag)
- gratis flesje water in de kamer

Cons:

- Alleen de kussens, die mogen wat steviger van ons. Voor de rest geen aanmerkingen.
