Overpriced, but below average
Pros:

The location and view is fantastic

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't bad, but very limited selection. See the picture about usual daily fruit selection.
The dinner is definitely was badly prepared, salmon overcooked, vegetables underprepared , wasn't tasty at all, but expensive.
The staff wasn't unfriendly, but didn't smiled either. I'm happy to pay higher price, but I would expect higher quality services which we don't get here.

Great location at the fjord
Pros:

This is quite a unique hotel. It is located directly at the fjord and you have a splendid view. Very peaceful atmosphere. Staying there is a bit of time travel back to the 1970s concerning architecture and furniture. Also good location for trips to the near-by nature sights.

Une vue magnifique
Pros:

Chambre confortable et très agréable avec une magnifique vue. La literie est également de qualité.

Cons:

La nourriture est décevante. Le petit déjeuner est acceptable, mais le dîner n'est vraiment pas bon.

Stanza ottima con vista fiordo
Pros:

Posizione vicina a Olden, Loen, e Stryn, ottima come punto di passaggio in una vacanza tra i Fiordi.

Stanza comoda e spaziosa vista fiordo, buona cena a buffet con una cifra inferiore rispetto alla media norvegese.

Vista spettacolare
Pros:

Abbiamo trovato la struttura molto accogliente personale disponibile c’è la possibilità di pranzare e cenare. La colazione era compresa nel prezzo. La stanza era molto accogliente abbastanza larga. Ovviamente, la cosa più spettacolare era la vista sul fiordo.
Posto auto gratuito, asciugamani puliti tutti i giorni

Cons:

Niente in particolare in generale, forse la struttura si vede che è un po’ datata, ma comunque mantenuta sempre bene Probabilmente andrebbe fatta una cabina doccia invece di una semplice tenda nel bagno

Great View of the Fjord
Pros:

The absolutely best thing about the hotel is the magnificent view over the fjord (must get a fjord view room). If you are there at the right time you can see the passenger liner passing by (we did). Morning views were very atmospheric, with low cloud/mist forming a broken 'barrier' to the view of the far shore and hills.

Cons:

There is nothing we did not like about the stay (3 nights). However, the breakfast was limited in its range and quantity. It seemed that if you arrived at breakfast after the 'tour party' had been and gone there was little top up of certain options. The quality of the food was satisfactory and it was 'help your self', so plenty of returns to have something different (or repeat the same). Oddly, one breakfast they ran out of hot water, so no tea or coffee! Evening meals were advertised as a buffet and looked too expensive for us. There is a small but good quality cafe/restaurant just a short walk away where we went for one meal (good ice cream).
