Great stay highly recommend
Pros:

Absolutely loved it here wish I could have stayed longer. Excellent beds with privacy curtains, clean showers and toilets with great smelling shower gel and shampoo. The pool is great and the breakfast was top notch! There was a lot of storage for everyone in the room too.

Cons:

Only downside was the air con was leaking in the room

Ottimo soggiorno, relax e accoglienza
Pros:

La struttura è molto curata e pulita, entrando a botánica si respira una sensazione di tranquillità e di relax. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile.

Cons:

Le uniche accortezze sono la mancanza della porta nel bagno che non è il massimo per la privacy e ogni tanto si sentiva un cattivo odore di fogna nelle stanze.

Pros:

O espaço é ainda mais bonito pessoalmente. Conta com um jardim espaçoso, piscina aquecida e áreas bem confortáveis para descansar ou socializar. As opções do café da manhã são gostosas e os funcionários extremamente receptivos e educados. Indico para jovens e casais.

Estadia relaxante, bonita e bem cuidada
Pros:

Gostei muito da estadia. O lugar é muito bonito, bem decorado e tem uma piscina maravilhosa, que ajuda bastante a relaxar. O café da manhã é bom, apesar de simples. Além disso, nos poucos contatos que tivemos com o staff, todos foram muito solícitos.

Cons:

Apesar de o lugar ser muito bem cuidado, limpo e bonito, acho que ele poderia ser um pouco mais animado. Senti falta de mais integração entre os hóspedes, talvez com algumas atividades. Mas entendo que essa talvez seja a própria proposta do lugar.

Pros:

Probably the best hostel I’ve ever been to. Very nice place, beautiful garden with a pool, well equipped kitchen, kind staff, comfortable beds, surprisingly quiet, all was clean. Definitely recommended.

Cons:

I’m my opinion it’ll be better, if there is not so much music playing throughout the day from the bar in the garden. I appreciate that it ends around 22:30 and I do like most of the playlists but some quiet afternoon hours would be great.

Perfect stay with amazing pool
Pros:

So good value for money. Amazing staff and breakfast. You can order drinks at the pool and even burgers from the place next door.

Superbe hôtel au style très soigné. La piscine est top. Les petit-déjeuners sont de qualité. L’ambiance du lieu est particulièrement agréable avec de la bonne musique, des chats et un cadre idyllique.

Cons:

Pas grand chose à redire. Il aurait pu faire un peu plus frais dans les chambres, nous avons un peu souffert de la chaleur.

Le frigo qui n'est pas séparé par chambre
Les moustiques dans les espaces extérieurs qui étaient très présents.
Rideau sur la fenêtre mais pas sur la porte vitrée de la chambre, beaucoup de lumière la nuit et le matin.

Wat een heerlijke plek is dit! Super gastvrije ontvangst door Alexandra, leuke kamers, fantastisch zwembad, lekker ontbijt en gewoon een heerlijke plek om te verblijven met een fijne sfeer. De kers op de taart was absoluut de Temazcal ceremonie!! Dankjewel Alexandra en Botanica voor deze ervaring 🙏🏼

Meilleur spot en rapport qualité prix. Emplacement topissime. Mention spéciale pour la décoration et l’ambiance du lieu. Un mix parfait entre modernité et vintage. Nous étions en famille et avons adoré ce lieu.
Petit dej au top - cacao lovers vous pouvez faire confiance. Et le personnel charmant.

The owner lied about refund. The bed is not a real bed.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

We booked 4 nights but had to check out early due to the fact that the bed was way too uncomfortable and we could not get any sleep. The mattress is put on top of concrete. Also the bathroom in the room has no door.
We agreed with the owner Fernando that he would refund the 3 nights we did not spend there, but booking keeps telling us he declined the request on the platform, so I guess he is a liar and not an honest person.
I would not recommend this place for your stay in Tulum.
