Emplacement idéal et personnel très accueillant

Cons:

Vélo à disposition mais en fait tous inutilisables car cassés (chaîne cassée, guidons manquants…)

Pros:

The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and always willing to have a chat. Fernando (the owner) is always happy to help as much as possible.

Rooms were cleaned daily, as was the swimming pool. Truly one of the nicest places I have stayed and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Tulum area.

Estadía agradable y excelente ubicación en Tulum
Pros:

Tuve una muy buena estadía en este hostal en Tulum. La decoración es muy linda y crea un ambiente agradable y acogedor. La habitación estaba bien, era cómoda y permitía descansar sin problemas.

El personal fue muy atento durante toda la estadía, y el desayuno estuvo delicioso, con opciones variadas. Además, está cerca del centro de Tulum, lo que facilita mucho moverse y conocer los alrededores.

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraría es la señalización: el nombre del hostal no aparece claramente en ninguna de las entradas, por lo que puede ser un poco difícil encontrarlo al llegar por primera vez.

Buona soluzione a Tulum
Pros:

Struttura molto bella con delle vibes vintage che le danno un tocco in più. Giardino rilassante e ben curato dove si può prendere una birra la sera e dove viene fornita la colazione. Ottima pulizia della stanza. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritornerei.

Cons:

La nostra stanza non aveva la tenda che copriva la porta, aspetto da tenere in considerazione perché entra luce la mattina. Nonostante la stanza desse sul giardino, si potevano sentire i rumori provenienti dalle strade trafficate circostanti.

Nice private rooms but very quite.
Pros:

Probably the best private room hostel I have stayed in, felt more like a hotel. The room was top. The hostel pool and garden area are very nice.

Cons:

It was very very quiet, no one else was really there so as a solo traveller I had to go to other hostels to meet people. Also the staff were helpful but I wouldn’t say friendly at all.

Cozy and green hostel in Tulum
Pros:

The community areas were beautiful (garden, pool, lounge) breakfast was also delicious and staff was really friendly. The whole felt really nice .
They provided bikes for free (quality was not super good but was free)

Cons:

In the evening after 10pm there was a loud machine noise, which was disturbing/annoying. There were no mosquito nets on the windows. Also interesting experience that there was no door on the bathroom.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, Fernando went above and beyond to help me out when I had left my passport behind. But was accessible through WhatsApp and had great recommendations for rentals and sites to visit.
The place itself is super clean, staff are helpful, breakfast was good and the pool was nice as well. A must stay in Tulum for sure.

Pros:

Beautiful breakfasts and the poolside area is a lovely sanctuary to relax. Plus friendly cats! All the rooms and communal areas were clean and nicely decorated.

Cons:

The soundproofing of the doors could be improved. There also aren't any curtains but we had eye masks so wasn't an issue.
