The best place to stay on Ischia!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! What makes this place truly special is the people. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, always making sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Viviana, who was always available by phone and helped us with anything we needed.

The hotel has a peaceful, private atmosphere and absolutely stunning views. The location is excellent, close to Casamicciola port, with a bus stop just a five-minute walk away. The hotel also offers a transfer service.

One of the biggest highlights is the private beach, which is a huge advantage on Ischia. There are also beautiful thermal pools that you can enjoy throughout the day and even at night, as well as a sauna.

The food was always fresh, delicious and made with local ingredients.
Everything was well maintained, with daily room cleaning.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We felt genuinely welcome and would absolutely love to come back!

Lovely resort with many hot pools “Terme” and access to the ocean via a ladder so we also had a lovely swim in the sea.

It was right on the water and a little away from the bustle but very close to a bus stop so easy access to other parts of the island.

Cons:

Шампунь слишком маленькие бутылочки, нет кондиционера для волос, крема для тела. В отеле СПА это обязательно.

Paikka on aivan ihana, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja hotellissa myös ihana koira.
Ruoka oli todella erinomaista.

Cons:

Saimme parannuksen huoneeseen, jonka pihassa oli poreamme ja tämä oli mukava yllätys, toki amme ei ollut koko aikaa käytössä.

Pieni asia, mutta huoneen valaistus oli kylmä ja kirkas, tehden huoneesta hieman kolkon.

Juomien hinnat olivat myös melkoisen korkeat, ehkä olisi kaivannut hieman edukkaampaa tarjontaa hotellivieraana ollessa.

Friendly, helpful, staff - Nico, Viviana, and the owner were all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and generous. The pools and Saunas were great. We highly recommend and will be back! Lola was friendly and entertaining as well...

This could be a 5 star property, but lacks the maintenance needed

Beautiful property right on the sea. The staff was so kind, helpful & hardworking. Breakfast every day was lovely

Cons:

The main reason I booked this property outside of a town was because they advertised a shuttle service. The shuttle was “broken” 9 of the 10 days we were there, which was more than disappointing (my husband has mobility issues and could barely walk up all the hills at the property, let alone walk into town.) We spent a lot of money on taxis every day.
The mattress in our room seemed very old, not comfortable at all; the workout room was open to the outside and so the equipment was really dirty; there was mold on the wall under the air conditioner in our room; the toilet in our room broke at least 3 times while we were there; and the pools were not very clean (lots of hair in the drains 🤢.) Overall- the property doesn’t feel like it’s kept up to all the people coming & going (they sell day passes to the facilities, which I wasn’t aware of when booking), and needs more maintenance.

Pros:

The view was amazing, the facilities were great, the rooms were also great, and the staff was very nice! Definitely worth the money!

Cons:

The road there is about 350 meters. Only small cars like a Smart or an old Fiat Panda, and of course scooters, can get there. If you have a bigger car, you can park at the chapel and walk, but there's a chance you won't find a parking spot. The restaurant was very basic and simple.

Una di quelle esperienze che ti restano nel cuore per sempre.

Non è l'albergo di lusso sfrenato a lasciare ricordi indelebili. È l'Anima.
E qui di anima ce n'è tantissima.
Il Vagnitiello è una struttura bellissima, a picco sul mare. Noi avevamo una camera con jacuzzi privata sul terrazzo, riservata, intima, un sogno. Ma il vero lusso è stato sentirci a casa.
Il proprietario Luciano, di una disponibilità rara, ci ha deliziato ogni sera con piatti di pesce meravigliosi e vini eccellenti, cucinati con amore.
E poi loro, il cuore di questa struttura: Viviana all'accoglienza affiancata da Mariarita, di una dolcezza infinita, Simone e Francesca a colazione, Nichi a cena... persone eccezionali, dal cuore d'oro, che porterò sempre con me. Ogni sorriso, ogni attenzione.
Qualche sera si scendeva giù, ci stendevamo sui lettini e restavamo lì, in silenzio, a guardare il mare. A respirare pace, serenità, libertà.
Sì, all'inizio c'è stata qualche piccola incomprensione, perché io sono abbastanza esigente ma hanno recuperato alla grandissima, con una dolcezza che poche volte ho trovato. Hanno dato più di quanto avremmo mai chiesto.
Questa struttura ci ha regalato emozioni pure.

Torneremo e la consiglierò a tutti. Perché posti così non si trovano, si incontrano. E noi siamo stati fortunati.

Cons:

Tutto perfetto. L'unica piccola nota: la navetta in quei giorni non era disponibile per un guasto, quindi per godersi la sera e visitare un po' l'isola ci siamo organizzati con un taxi privato. Se fosse stata attiva sarebbe stato ancora più comodo per fare avanti e indietro la sera.

Veldig hyggelig personale!

Deilige bassenger og nærhet til sjø!

Cons:

Det var litt langt å gå til veien og transport hvis man ville utforske øya, men hotellet var veldig behjelpelig med å bestille transport dit man ville, men det var dyrt i motsetning til å ta bussen.
