The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, very available and helpful for anything you need. Delicious breakfast and catered to my gluten free dietary needs. Breathtaking location, entertaining restaurant, very relaxing. One of the best places to go for an ocean swim!

Le cadre de l’hôtel

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet établissement pour un prix élevé pour l’anniversaire de mon compagnon et malheureusement notre expérience a été très loin de ce que nous imaginions. Nous avions beaucoup d’attentes de cet hôtel mais peut être que nous n’aurions pas dû.

Dès notre arrivée, l’hôtel nous avait assuré qu’un taxi nous attendrait au port (service payant de 30€ AR). Après 20 minutes d’attente sous la chaleur, nous avons appelé l’hôtel qui nous a indiqué que le chauffeur nous cherchait (mensonge), puis qu’au final il était bloqué sur la route à cause d’un accident (autre mensonge). Nous avons finalement pris un autre taxi, et en arrivant à l’hôtel, le taxi censé venir nous chercher était déjà sur place. Le plus décevant n’est pas tant l’incident mais surtout l’absence totale d’excuses ou même d’explication de la part de la réception à l’arrivée.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec un grand lit double annoncé, mais il s’agissait en réalité de deux lits simples rapprochés, avec un espace inconfortable au milieu.

L’organisation laisse également à désirer. La réception nous avait proposé de louer une voiture et nous avait annoncé une mise à disposition vers 17 h. Après plusieurs relances, aucune information ne nous a été donnée. À 19 h, la réceptionniste était tout simplement partie sans nous prévenir. Ce sont finalement des membres du personnel du restaurant qui ont résolu la situation en contactant eux-mêmes le loueur. Résultat : près de deux heures perdues à attendre, sans aucune excuse, même le lendemain.

L’hôtel fonctionne également comme un beach club. Nous avons voulu nous installer sur des transats au bord de la piscine, mais un membre du personnel nous a demandés de changer d’endroit en nous expliquant qu’ils gardaient des places aux clients venant uniquement pour la journée.

beautiful hotel+location
Pros:

We stayed 4 nights and it was great. It’s not crowded, plenty of different places with sunbeds to chill + in the shade. Staff is always helpful and they looked genuinely happy.

We’ll 100% come back next year.

An amazing stay once again!!
Pros:

Our second time back. Very nicely maintained everything is beautiful.. The manager Viviana is very very attentive. It is just about perfect!!

Nothing not to like. You are on the edge of the Mediterranean with breathtaking views.

Pros:

A slice of paradise. The most tranquil, relaxing stay. The staff are friendly, the whole place has a family feel. Preparw to wake up every morning and your jaw hit the floor because the views are so stunning. I can't wait to return.

Cons:

Only tiny thing, a little upgrade on pillows would make the stay more comfortable but that really is all.
