Pros:

This was not my first stay at Parco Smeraldo, and once again I had a wonderful experience.

The staff really deserves a special mention – everyone is genuinely friendly, attentive and always ready to help, no matter the request. The food is excellent, and the drinks are fantastic as well.

Both the pool area and the beach are always beautifully maintained and spotless, which makes the whole experience incredibly relaxing.

Overall, Parco Smeraldo consistently delivers a wonderful experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Wir haben hier einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und haben ausgezeichnet gegessen. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr schön, im Garten überall Blumen, Sträucher und Palmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam hat uns bei Ausflügen geholfen. Das Zimmer war sauber,, ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Hotel hat einen Thermalpool und liegt direkt am traumhaft schönen Marontistrand, ideal für einen Badeurlaub!

Beautiful, relaxing, delicious honeymoon stay
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view was breathtaking, and our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage space in both the bedroom and bathroom.

One of our favorite parts of the stay was having access to the thermal pool—it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were truly amazing: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
We also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

Sono stata all’Hotel Spa Smeraldo a Ischia e devo dire che mi è piaciuto davvero tantissimo. Mi sono sentita subito bene e ho trascorso dei giorni bellissimi, in totale relax.

Ho trovato tutto molto curato e ho apprezzato tantissimo i servizi della struttura, davvero belli e ben organizzati. Anche il cibo mi è piaciuto molto: tutto buono, gustoso e preparato con cura.

La cosa che mi è rimasta di più è stata proprio la sensazione di stare bene e di non dovermi preoccupare di nulla. È stato tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza al soggiorno.

Sono davvero contenta della scelta e consiglio assolutamente questo hotel. Se tornerò a Ischia, sicuramente tornerò anche qui! ❤️

Ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza e la cortesia di tutto lo staff,la professionalità di tutto il personale della Spa.Le piscine sono spettacolari e tutto il contesto rilassante e piacevole.

Cons:

La struttura è un po’ vintage,ma ben conservata.Rispetto al meraviglioso contesto verdeggiante e suggestivo esterno,la sala ristorante risulta un po’ asettica e impersonale.La cucina è buona,ma migliorabile.

Pros:

Ottimi i servizi come la spa, la piscina, la palestra e la spiaggia. Colazione e cena vari con prodotti di ottima qualità. Ottimo anche il ristorante all'aperto per il pranzo. Personale gentile e professionale. La vicinanza alla spiaggia con accesso diretto è una carta vincente rispetto alle altre strutture dell'area. Camera con vista mare favolosa, pulizia quotidiana apprezzatissima. Consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante. Vicina la fermata bus per Ischia Porto/piazzola taxi.

Cons:

Collegamenti pubblici presenti solo per Ischia Porto (bus) e Sant'Angelo (Taxi Boat), più difficoltosi i collegamenti con le altre parti dell'isola.
