Pros:

The staff, paradise setting, beach chairs, peacefulness, and breakfast were all amazing.

Cons:

It's not the property's fault at all, but the mounds of smelly seaweed was so disappointing. I love walking on the beach with the waves rolling over my feet and swimming, and this was not possible. The seaweed is piled up all down the coast. So sad.

A tropical paradise
Pros:

This hotel resort is like staying in a botanical garden jungle. Truly amazing the natural environment with the lush foliage, natural walking paths, nightly fire pit, and much more. Our entire stay was so serene and relaxing. The beach setting is truly amazing, with much better variety of seating options than any other resort we saw.
Jovanna even arranged my private massage on site on short notice, and a doctor to come visit our friend on site who was feeling under the weather a couple days.
We ate dinner on site two different nights, and both were truly outstanding and special experiences. And the prices were reasonable, including drinks.
The included breakfast was truly wonderful with daily fresh fruit, yogurt/granola, amazing coffee with steamed milk, fresh juices made daily, and your choice of egg dishes to order.
The rooms were immaculate and very unique, with different themes and decor.
Bedding was truly comfortable and top-notch. The service was very personalized and attentive.

Magical Tulum experience
Pros:

We absolutely loved our time in Tulum and the boutique Hotel (Sueños Tulum) was wonderful beyond any expectation we had. We’ve stayed in many five star resorts and hotels around the world, and this is our new favorite experience. The attention to detail and the calming relaxing environment was second to none. Staff was exceptionally attentive, and also let us be at the right pace… icing on top of the cake was the sand raked pathways felt like we were always walking on sand that had never been touched, truly except exceptional experience.

Pros:

The staff - unfortunately I cannot remember the names of the daytime and evening waiters of the hotel rasturant/beach bar, but both were amazingly friendly and kind!
The room was amazing and also the beach, the hotel staff made a lot of effort to get rid of the saragaussum.

A peaceful, beautifully curated escape in Tulum with warm hospitality, thoughtful touches, and a truly healing atmospher
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sueños Tulum this past February, it truly felt like a healing escape.

The property is beautiful, clean, and incredibly calming, with a beach so soft it feels like cotton. It’s a peaceful gem in Tulum, close to great restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and secluded.

The staff were genuinely kind and made us feel right at home. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, especially the juices. Evenings by the fire added such a cozy, grounding touch.

The hotel arranged amazing massages and made everything effortless, from reservations to transportation. Morning yoga was a true highlight.

Sueños Tulum is a place to reset and reconnect. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet.

Pros:

Everything - best hotel in Tulum! This is really paradise, and the team managing the hotel makes you feel like a part of their family. The rooms are big and stylish, no noise, perfect escape. We’d love to return one day!

A fantastic find in Tulum! Perfect and relaxing, we will be back!
Pros:

We loved everything about Suenos Tulum. The intimate size of the resort was perfect for us, the staff was incredible, and the food was amazing. The facilities are wonderful, from the rooms to the yoga "tree house" to the pool and beach, and the nightly campfire for guests. We almost did not leave the property during our stay despite the tours we had scheduled! (although doing the tours of the ruins, swimming in the cenotes, and snorkeling with the turtles are all must do's!)

Cons:

Nothing except our stay was too short!

Loved Our Trip
Pros:

We had the most AMAZING time at Suenos Tulum! We stayed in the clubhouse room and were there to celebrate a big birthday. The service was astounding, any need was met quickly (not that we needed much because it was well anointed). The staff went above and beyond, suggesting places to visit and feeding us the most REMARKABLE meals! We all absolutely loved it. I can't say enough and would recommend this to anyone.
