Apartamenty są znakomite,posiadaja 2 pokoje,każdy z dużym telewizorem,duży balkon z rewelacyjnym widokiem na jezioro i Port Ilawa.Sniadanie w hotelu b.dobre,wpogodne dni konsumpcja możliwa na tarasie.W hotelu można zjeść tez obiady i kolacje.Do centrum miasta ok.8 minut promenada wzdłuż jeziora,
Do plaży 5-6 minut.Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa na recepcji.

Jedyne do czego można mieć małe zastrzeżenia to że jak jest impreza w sali to w pokoju wszystko słychać ale to wina konstrukcji budynku...
The location is perfect. The restaurant offers nice not too expensive dishes.
The activity around the hotel starts very early. At about 5:20 some noise from the garage, where the bicycles are, is not pleasant. Bit early for me.
The shower needs to be modernised. The shower 🚿 head is so high and can't be pulled down. Not practical. In the room we stayed. Not sure about the others.

Mrówki w pokoju i hałas za oknem, blisko ruchliwa ulica.
Piękne miejsce. Miły personel, szczególnie Pani na śniadaniu blondyneczka w okularach.Bardzo profesjonalna ,dbała o gości z uśmiechem. Coś pięknego zjeść nad wodą.Pokoje czyste, pościel pachnąca.Wielki szacunek dla Pań dbających o pokoje.
Hotel i pokoje bardzo czyste, duże łazienki. Śniadania bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane, dla każdego podniebienia można coś wybrać, na ciepło na słodko, wędliny, sery i ciasta. Hotel położony w dogodnej lokalizacji. Blisko do każdego ciekawego miejsca. Byliśmy mile zaskoczeni bezpłatnym korzystaniem z rowerów i kajaków.
Na ofertę śniadaniowa brakowało dużych szklanek do herbaty ale zostały nam przyniesione kiedy o nie poprosiliśmy. Dało się odczuć małe doświadczenie młodych kelnerów ale nie był to dla nas jakiś duży problem, widać w nich zaangażowanie i zdobywanie praktyki.
