Pros:

1 Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und bemüht uns in allen Fragen zu helfen. Dies war auch die einzige Person welche sich Mühe gegeben hat und sehr freundlich und höflich war. Sehr zentrale Lage

Cons:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis viel zu überteuert. Frühstück verbesserungswürdig. Klimanlage zu laut im Zimmer und lässt sich nicht reduzieren. Bad katastrophal. Toilettenbrille gebrochen, Sprung im Waschbecken, Türgriffe des Unterschrankes abgenutzt. In der Minibar geöffnete Bierflasche. Ein Aussenterasse vorhanden, recht schön und einladend aber dort gibt ea keinen Sevice und Getränke. Einzig die blinde Dame vom Empfang hat uns nach einer langen Anreise Kaffee gebracht. Die Dame der 2ten Schicht teilte uns mit sie trinke keinen Kaffee und kennt sich nicht mit dem Kaffeeapperat aus. Frühstück im Untergeschoss, sehr Kelleemässig und am ersten Morgen eine grosse Wasserpfütze am Treppenende. Rutscjgefahr ohne Ende. Der Glaslift ist wie eine Sauna warm. Alles in allem für 100 € die Nacht viel zu teuer.

Die Lage,die Empfangdame war nett.

Das Frühstück war miserabel;ich habe nach 3 Sachen gefragt-die Antwort war-wir haben es heute nicht; das Frühstücksraum war auch wie ein Wartebereich.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral . Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

„Der Check-out um 10 Uhr ist wirklich sehr früh. Auch das Frühstück war leider nicht besonders gut – wir mussten sehr lange warten.“

Das auf unsere Wünsche versucht wurde so gut es geht einzugehen und zu erfüllen

Das wir in der Stadt als Brautpaar waren um dort zu heiraten und es angegeben hatten und hofften dementsprechend einen größeres Zimmer zu bekommen weil dort auch die Friseurin und make up Artist Platz brauchten, erst am letzen Tag sahen wir ein Zimmer was einer unserer Gäste hatte was das größte war und diese Person war alleine naja … und das wir als Familie zusammen dort gebucht hatten und drei unserer Mitglieder mit Kind trotz Buchungssystem Bestätigung , uns an den Tag gesagt wurde „ oh tut mir leid das Zimmer hat schon zwei andere“ obwohl wir zuerst gebucht hatten und mit Kind vor Ort waren wurden die andern bevorzugt und genommen statt wir ( wieso auch immer macht keinen Sinn , anstatt die anderen dann abzusagen ) dann mussten wir das Brautpaar im Stress in der Nacht eine Unterkunft für Kind Vater und Schwieger Vater kümmern. Das war eine reine Katastrophe

The beds and bathroom

We booked two rooms (Rooms 13 & 14) paying a premium rate for my daughter's birthday, needing rest after a long travel day from France. Instead, a massive outdoor concert took place right outside the hotel until 1:15 AM.

​The hotel windows offered virtually zero soundproofing—it felt as though the music and street traffic were inside the room. When my wife went down at night to ask for help or simple earplugs, the night staff member flatly said "no" and turned away. The next morning, reception acknowledged how terrible the noise was, but offered no apology.

​When we requested a refund (financial compensation) management refused, claiming their posted "Quiet Hours (23:00–07:00)" policy only applies to internal guest noise, not the noise levels of their building structure during external events.
They said they didn't even know about the concert.
A little research told us it was the 16th edition AND the line-up was announced in April. Someone is lying.
Would not recommend staying here if you value sleep or basic customer support. Regardless of the concert, the road noise is SO LOUD.
What's more, breakfast is not good at all!
There are so many MUCH cheaper alternatives in Tuzla.
