Pros:

Lokacija odlična, parking i blizina centra te panonskih jezera. Hotel cist, krevet udoban.

Cons:

Osoblje pomalo neljubazno i neprofesionalno, od 3 nocenja nismo imali jedan dorucak jer nam nitko nije naveo da ponedjeljkom ne radi kuhinja pa smo sjedili i cekali bezveze. Izbor dorucka dosta skroman.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour accéder au centre de Tuzla.
La literie était confortable.

Cons:

L'accueil de la réceptionniste pourrait être plus cordial. On a l'impression de la déranger. Pas de salutation et elle cite à la va vite les consignes de l'hôtel.
Au petit déjeuner, accueil similaire, le serveur a mis énormément de temps à venir nous voir et la commande servis n'était pas la bonne ! À noter que des œufs brouillés ce n'est pas une omelette.
La femme de ménage se permet de venir dans la chambre sans signaler sa présence alors qu'il est bien précisé de ne pas déranger.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden wieder kommen!

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, nur eine Straße vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben ein großes Zimmer zur Straße bekommen, was sehr komfortabel war. Zu den Salzseen sind es maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Aufzug ist bei Bedarf vorhanden. Wir konnten über das Hotel auch einen Transfer vom Flughafen buchen, dies hat uns 20€ gekostet. Das Frühstück ist A la Carte, für jeden Geschmack ist sicher was dabei. Es gibt auch eine vegetarische Option. Am zweiten Tag haben wir gefragt, ob man auch innerhalb der Gerichte kombinieren kann, dies war ohne Probleme möglich. Der Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, wir würden wieder kommen!

Cons:

Der Check-Out ist sehr früh, bereits um 10 Uhr. Auf Nachfrage durften wir eine halbe Stunde verlängern und somit um halb 11 auschecken, das fanden wir sehr früh und kannten es so nicht. Dafür scheint der Check-In auch früher zu sein, dies haben wir aber nicht genutzt da wir nachts ankamen.
