Gut gelegen, große Zimmer. Frühstück täglich das gleiche und auch nur „okay“. Preis-Leistung passt leider gar nicht

Sehr großes Zimmer, genug Schränke/Stauraum

Cons:

Es wurde nicht sauber gemacht. Lediglich der Mülleimer geleert und die Bettdecke gefaltet.
Nicht die Kopfkissen, nicht die Handtücher, nicht gesaugt, Waschbecken/WC nicht sauber gemacht

Pros:

It felt safe, police station nearby and plenty if security cameras.

Cons:

The receptionist in duty could improve his knowledge of rooms. Was trying to communicate what a room with a double bed and two single beds are identical. Still, a good hotel, with safe parking.

Blizina jezera i centra.Pristupačne cijene u gradu i gostoljubivost mještana.Vrlo ljubazni i susretljivi.Na jezerima dosta sadržaja za djecu pa je idealno za obitelji s mlađom djecom . Predivno mjesto u koje se sigurno vraćamo.Pohvala za ljubaznost mladom djelatniku na recepciji

U samom dolasku zbunjena djelatnica , nezainteresiranost.Ulaskom u hotelsku sobu primjetili smo poderane i prljave zavjese te prozor što je odmah prijavljeno s obzirom da se štete naplaćuju.Ni isprika ni promjena istih.Neprofesionalno.Iako su sobe za nepušače bilo bi dobro imati prostor ili mjesto za pušače.Ima nas koji se vrlo rano budimo a doručak počinje u pola osam te popiti kavu nemaš gdje, čak i kafići neki rade od 8 ili 9 ujutro.Ponuda iz minibara premršava i preskupa.Za ovakve vrućine bilo bi lijepo imati led u ponudi kad su sokovi i voda na sobnoj temperaturi.Sve u svemu, kvaliteta ne prati cijenu.Žao nam je ali u ovaj hotel se nećemo vratiti ali Tuzla je prekrasno mjesto koje ćemo svakako opet posjetiti
