Cons:

Het personeel doet beloftes die helaas niet worden nagekomen. Ik had vooraf een kamer geboekt en van tevoren telefonisch doorgegeven dat we met vier personen zouden komen. Bij aankomst, rond 03.00 uur ‘s nachts, kreeg ik te horen dat we alleen konden overnachten als ik extra betaalde voor een suite. Anders was er geen plek voor ons. Het is erg vervelend om op dat tijdstip, met twee kinderen, voor zo’n situatie te komen staan. Dit had vooraf duidelijk gecommuniceerd moeten worden.
