Important information:

The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Due to change of ownership and renovation work, the restaurant remains closed during August 2025.

From 1st of August, all hotelrooms will not be equipped with a phone or LAN cable anymore as visible on the pictures.

Breakfast will be availble from September 2025 with our new restaurant manager.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Hot room, no airflow, noisy, chirch bells, uncomfortable bed,
Pros:

The bathroom is new and very nice

Cons:

At first everything looks good. But there’s now airflow, hot in the room and no vents for the air to change. No Fan.
So without an AC you need to open the window. But then you here a dense traffic noice 15 meters away, loud chirch bells ringing until 12PM at least and all the insects come in. A combination of quaranteed sleepless nights.
We arrived in the evening and by 12 pm we already wanted to leave.
The floor was dusty.
No fridge available and I knew that, but at least a kettle would be nice. Small things that matter.
And why only one extra deco pillow if the room is for two persons? So now only one can have something between the wall and your back when you’re sitting on the bed since you don’t have anywhere else to sit.
On top of all the hotel was under renovation during stay. Luckily we had split the reservation into two and cancelled the second part.
Would not come again.

Unpersönlich mit self-check-in.
Pros:

Schön grosses Zimmer, hell und sauber.
Die beiden Betten haben gequitscht, jedesmal wenn sich das eine umdrehte, weckte es den anderen auf, sehr schade, wir haben kaum geschlafen.
Die Lage ist schlecht, starker Durchgangsverkehr mit grossem Lärm.

Pros:

Hübsche Gegend, fußläufig zum Bahnhof.
Liegt zwar direkt an einer stärker befahrenen Strasse, doch die Fenster (im Nebengebäude. Wie es im Hauptgebäude ist, weiß ich nicht) sind gut schallisoliert!

Cons:

Anfangs Probleme, um ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Doch das Telefonservice hat uns beim Self check-in geholfen. Das WLAN Passwort, das vorab als Info geschickt wird, bereit halten, sonst kommt man als Ausländer ohne Daten Roaming nicht ins Gebäude!

Ich hatte telefonisch um zwei Betten für meine Freundinnen gefragt. Es wurde mir so bestätigt. Es war aber nur ein Bett im Zimmer. Das hat mich sehr geärgert.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Beim Check-Inn gab es massive Probleme(Wlan) mit dem Check-Inn Terminal. Nur durch Zufall konnte mir eine Reinigungskraft helfen. Hatte mein Zimmer auf der 3.Etage. Aber auf Etage 1 und 2 war noch eine Grossbaustelle, Fliesenarbeiten, Maler- und Trockenbau. Massive Lärm und Dreckbelästigung und am Samstag morgen um 7.30 Uhr hatten die Arbeiter mit Flexarbeiten an Fliesen angefangen, unmöglich. Ich hatte mich schriftlich und telefonisch beschwerd, schriftliche Antwort kam 2 Tage später. Am Telefon sagte ein Herr mir, wäre Ihm egal und er könne nichts machen. Die schriftliche Antwort war sinngemäß, ich solle gegen ein Aufpreis von 11 Franken in ein anderes Hotel. Der Hoteleigentümer verursacht Lärm und Dreck und der Hotelgast soll noch einen Aufpreis zahlen. Und das nächste riesen Problem ist die Lüftungsanlage vom Restaurant. Die war ca. 70 cm von meinem Dachfenster entfernt. Diese brummte und quitschte bis Abends ca 22.30Uhr. Und der Gestank war sehr unangenehm. Das war für mich die größte Zumutung und Geruchsbelästigung. Auch wenn das Dachfenster geschlossen ist stank es ohne Ende. Duschlauch war massiv undicht , Möbel stark abgenutzt und im Bad löst sich Fußleiste. Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Perfect for my needs
Pros:

clean no problem and comfortable I like simple place that has everything

Cons:

The only suggestion needs much more clear info for how it works for the automatic in key, the fact you have to use a virtual key and the telephone

All the details needs to be with a much easier guide and instructions
