Pros:

Awesome experience at this beautiful hotel tucked inside a residential area of Jaipur. The staff were courteous and the room had a royal feel. The courtyard has a nice mural of a dancer which was attractive. The experience was a surreal one and the manager, Prem Singh, went out of the way to make me feel at home. Definitely recommend for anybody planning a Jaipur trip with family. Will come back again.

Excellent stay. Enjoyed the heritage look and feel of the property with very good Indian Food
Pros:

This property keeps getting better over the years. This is my third jaipur visit in 5 years and I am positively surprised by the continuous improvement done by the owners, Manish and Chetna. Having travelled extensively, I can confidently say that Indian cuisine dishes at Mahal Khandela are amongst the best that I have had anywhere. The evening experience at the courtyard with guests enjoying drinks with katputli dance is breathtaking.

Pros:

This is my second visit to this property and I can say that this experience was even better than the previous one. The entire hotel staff has been trained in a way to treat the guests as special. Esp. Ramvir was very nice, soft spoken. The hotel organises a musical event in its lounge in the evening performed by Narendra, its owner. It was a mind blowing experience to watch him sing bhajans and old Md Rafi songs. Strongly recommend stay and watch him perform live.

Personale super gentile, accogliente e professionale. Camere grandi, belle e pulite, tutta la struttura in generale molto bella e ben tenuta. Colazione e ristorante interno molto buoni. Consigliato!

A beautiful property with a great heritage and haveli vibe. Really enjoyed my stay!
Pros:

Had a really nice stay here. The property is quite elegant and has a lovely heritage feel to it, with a beautiful old haveli-like look. The overall vibe was very pleasant and made the stay feel special.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved was the switchboards, as a few of them were quite loose and didn’t work properly.

A beautiful and peaceful heritage stay with a lovely ambience, perfect for a family visit to Jaipur.
Pros:

The ambience, beautiful heritage-style architecture, peaceful atmosphere, clean swimming pool and the overall family-friendly environment. The property has a lovely traditional Jaipur feel.

Cons:

The location is a little away from some of the main sightseeing places, but otherwise we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel was nice like a Mehal. We could feel the rajasthani culture and royalness in each part of the hotel. The staff was nice, always becoming with smile and happy to assist. Overall a good stay

We don't like the service very late . We asked to clean the pool but in 2 days stay we didn't get the same . They don't allow outside food order but if we asked them from hotel they had limited choices that too very expensive

Pros:

Our vacation in Jaipur was unforgettable, and staying at Mahal Khandela made it even more special. The architecture and room design were amazing, perfectly capturing the area's rich, royal history. We also loved the food—especially the breakfast buffet in the open-air Haveli Courtyard and the authentic Rajasthani dishes during our 2-night stay

Cons:

The only thing we weren't able to experience was their pool. We went to check it out early before breakfast, and it didn't look clean or safe enough to take a dip. The water was murky, and you couldn't see the bottom, so we skipped swimming altogether. They could definitely improve pool cleanliness and maintenance to better attract guests who love a morning dip like we do.
