Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schlicht, wie abgebildet. Die Betten sind bequem. Alles tip top sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr appetitlich angerichtet und sehr gut. Das Restaurant hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend.

Pros:

Aamiainen oli tosi monipuolinen ja hyvän makuista . tuotteet eivät loppuneet kesken.

Cons:

Huonekoko. Meitä oli samassa seurueessa 3 henkilöä ja nyt yksi joutui eri huoneeseen.

Der Gast ist hier leider nicht König 😞

Leider das bislang schlechteste Hotel af unserer 3,5 wöchigen Baltikum-Rundreise. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und an allen Ecken und Enden zeigt sich Renovierungs-und Sanierungdbedarf. Aber am schlimmsten fanden wir leider den Service. Beim Frühstück war um 9.00 Uhr das Buffet leer geräumt und wurde nicht wieder befüllt (Frühstück war bis 10.00 Uhr). Die Mitarbeiterin war am ersten Tag mit ihrem Smartphone an der Rezeption und am zweiten Tag mit ihrem Smartphone am Tresen beschäftigt. Kein Blick zu uns Gästen und kein Blick zum leeren Buffet. Wenn wir einen Kaffee wollten mussten wir zu ihr gehen und fragen. Leider war nicht mal dann ein Lächeln zu erwarten sondern wir hatten vielmehr den Eindruck, zu stören.
Dieses Hotel werden wir nicht weiter empfehlen. Schade 😞

An excellent stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was good with a lot to chose from. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent with an asian touch. We can really recommend everyone to go there. Their garden and surroundings were very nice as well.

The hotel is excellent, and perhaps the only one in Valga. The rooms are nice and spacious, cozy, and quiet. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is wonderful. The hotel also has a restaurant with a wonderful chef, an interesting menu, and exquisite presentation. The restaurant is also popular with locals.

Cons:

This hotel's concept is tied to hunting. And they don't hide it. But inside the hotel itself, there are numerous taxidermied animals, deer and antelope heads nailed to the walls, and even stuffed monkeys—in other words, animals whose lives were taken to decorate the interior. This might be ethically offensive to some guests. On the other hand, the hotel itself doesn't display this in its photos on Booking.com, etc., which is a bit misleading. Looking at the hotel's profile photo, you wouldn't expect to see so many dead animals.
