المكان رغم تواضعه لكنه نظيف والاستقبال متعاون والخدمات قريبه من مطاعم ومحطات وصيدليات ومكتبات ومحلات تجاريه ... الخ والمواقف امام وتحت الفندق نسبيا كويسه مقارنه لبعض الفنادق الاخرى

يحتاج تجديد لبعض الاثاث ومظلات امام الفندق لان الطيور كثيره والمطبخ يحتاج صيانه وتجديد
