Great location, welcoming team and good breakfast
Pros:

We had only one night at the Park Hotel but we were very pleased with our stay. The reception team and the staff at the breakfast were very kind and helpful. View from our room was outstanding, clean and comfortable and the location was great for walking to the waterfront and to restaurants. Recommend staying here. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Pros:

The location and view were great.Stuff was friendly.

Cons:

The state and maintenance of the room were really bad.Broken door handle, one of the beds was broken, and mattresses were very firm.

The hotel needs urgent inspection as I believe it does not meet hotel standards.

The air-conditioner was not working and we could smell cigarettes from the vent. No air conditioning at Reception only at the dining hall.
Pillows were satin and lumpy. The wall was broken with cavities.
The whole building smelt of staleness and was unclean.
During breakfast we noticed that the‘clean ‘ stacked plates had pieces of food stuck to them, so we advised the waiter, who apologised . Also a lady picked up a glass and noticed white smears..

This a neglected and unmaintained hotel. We booked to stay 3 nights, but decided to leave the next night . I paid full price for that one night. We were disappointed.

Pros:

Excellent location in the central part of the city, but not in busy streets, with a beautiful view of the park and sea. There is a possibility to park a car in a nearby garage, but the maximum of the car is 1,85m. Hotel's staff helped and quickly resolved this issue. Another great thing is a family room for 5 people (2 adults and 3 teenage children), that is basically hard to find in the hotels. The room consists of two rooms, a bathroom and a corridor, with two spacious terraces. On the top floor/ roof is a cafe bar with astonish city view. The breakfast was good and plenty.

it was my birthday i had pizza on the balcony as the sunset & in the cool families came to the park
Pros:

The facilities are somewhat outdated but the location snd balcony were marveous. Staff very nice and breakfast room was lovely very good buffet.

Cons:

Trouble finding plugs to charge and bad pillows
