Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel eine absolute Enttäuschung, ein katastrophaler Zustand und mangelhafter Service – nicht zu empfeh
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Flughafen (ca. 15 Minuten) und die Größe des Zimmers waren gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat massive Wartungsmängel. Im Badezimmer gibt es keinen Toilettenpapierhalter, der Duschkopf ist völlig verkalkt und defekt, sodass das Wasser in alle Richtungen spritzt, und die Armaturen am Waschbecken sind extrem zerkratzt und abgenutzt. Im Zimmer selbst ist die Steckdose locker und gefährlich nach innen gedrückt. Zudem funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht (Tür schloss nicht). Der Haartrockner war kaputt, und stattdessen war ein anderer auf billige Weise dort aufgehängt, wo eigentlich die Handtücher hingehören. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nur regeln, indem man zur Rezeption hinuntergeht (kein Zimmertelefon vorhanden!), damit ein Mitarbeiter mit der Fernbedienung hochkommt und diese danach wieder mitnimmt. Logistisch ist es ebenfalls sehr mühsam: Für die Garage muss man jedes Mal aussteigen und den Mitarbeiter bitten, das Tor zu öffnen. Die Tiefgarage selbst ist zwar groß, aber nicht sauber – an den Seiten liegt Müll herum.

Hôtel pratique pour les départs très tôt à l’aéroport

L’amabilité de la réceptionniste qui de plus parlait français .
Le parking gratuit en sous sol
Proche de l’aéroport (15min)

Cons:

Le fait de dépendre de la réception pour sortir le véhicule de l’hôtel,
- la salle de bain était salle,
-le réfrigérateur chauffait.
-la commande de climatisation était cassée et bloqué à 25°,
- les draps avaient des trous,
- les couettes n’avaient pas de housses et paraissent sales.

Une gentillesse incroyable de la réceptionniste ! Parle plusieurs longs parfaitement Anglais, Français, Arabe, l'Albanie..... Et un bon petit déjeuner, très proche de l'aéroport on a fait 15 min

Cons:

Le petit frigo qui se trouve dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas la porte cassée il faisait très chaud on avait des fruits avec nous et de l' eau ce n'était pas idéal

First of all to enter the parking you need to leave the car in the middlie of the street, go to the reception and then go to the parking of the hotel. This makes an inconvenient situation especially when you dont know the area.
Not very familiar how to get an invoice for work purposes, so it is suggested for individual holidays.
