Pros:

Персонал был очень приветлив

Cons:

Номер был очень грязный.Липкие пятна на полу,волосы на постельном белье,волосы в душе,грязные стены и телевизор еле держался на стене.Утром из раковины сильно и плохо пахло канализацией

Location un po’ troppo tetra soprattutto all’ingresso . Personale di poche parole .
Per mio errore ho dimenticato in struttura il sacco nanna di mio figlio e quando li ho contattati la sera stessa della mia partenza mi hanno detto che non lo hanno trovato ( impossibile ). Avrei preferito mi avessero risposto che lo avevano buttato più verosimile .
Prenotato per 3 persone ci siamo ritrovati solo un letto matrimoniale .

Pros:

Cerca del aeropuerto. No hay mucho restaurante cerca pero bueno nosotros nos quedamos la última noche para la mñn siguiente salir hacia el aeropuerto por lo q no estuvo tan mal pero para turistear no es el mejor sitio

Atención al cliente mejorable

Nuestra experiencia con este alojamiento quedó marcada por la gestión de un objeto olvidado. Nos alojamos una noche al inicio de nuestro viaje y, al marcharnos, dejamos olvidada una sudadera en la habitación.

Ese mismo día contactamos con el hotel indicando la habitación en la que nos habíamos alojado y la prenda que habíamos olvidado, pero no recibimos respuesta. Cinco días después volvimos a contactar con ellos y entonces nos informaron de que no habían encontrado nada.

Entendemos que los objetos pueden extraviarse, pero nos decepcionó la falta de respuesta inicial y el escaso interés mostrado en ayudarnos. De hecho, teníamos reservada una última noche en este mismo alojamiento al final del viaje y decidimos cancelarla debido a esta situación.

Una atención más rápida y una mejor comunicación habrían cambiado por completo nuestra percepción del establecimiento.
