Cons:

Statt dem gebuchten Zimmer mit Balkon hatte ich ein Zimmer zur viel befahrenen Straße. Die Fenster konnten deshalb nicht geöffnet werden. Die Klinaanlage war laut und hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, viel zu kalt eingestellt und konnte nicht reguliert werden. Die Toilette hatte keinen Sitz und Deckel. Man hat sich weder drum gekümmert noch ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.

Niet mijn fijnste verblijf, maar voor 1 nacht wel oke
Pros:

voor een nachtje met ons gezin (2 kinderen) was het goed te doen. Het was goed bereikbaar vanaf de luchthaven. We hadden een late vlucht (aankomst) dus dan wil je niet te lang rijden.

De bedden sliepen voor een nacht ook prima.

Cons:

Alles in de kamer is verouderd en heeft echt onderhoud nodig. De meubels vallen bijna uitelkaar. De koelkast werkte niet. De douchekop in de badkamer zat verstopt en de kraan werkte ook niet optimaal.

Het beddensprei was nog nat, dat was echt een zware tegenvaller. Ik moest dus in de nacht terug naar de lobby om te vragen of het beddensprei op 2 bedden vernieuwd kon worden en dit moest ik dan ook nog zelf doen. Erg jammer.

Het personaal op de dag van aankomst was arrogant en niet vriendelijk. Ik had het idee dat hij geen zin had om te werken of moe was. Geen idee, maar ik vond het niet professioneel en klantvriendelijk.

De omschrijving hoe het werkt met het plaatsen van de auto is ook onduidelijk, dit mag beter uitgelegd worden en hoe dat werkt als je wilt uitrijden.

Worst Experience

Absolutely nothing!

Cons:

We booked a double bed deluxe room with balcony and AC and everything including our timing was already confirmed with white crown Hotel. We reached the hotel around 1am. However when we got there they told us the Ac isn't working and they will move us to another hotel. We were still ok to stay there without AC but they still refused it and said it wasn't available. The new hotel - The Star Hotel had no basic necessities, no balcony, no shower gel/shampoo and rooms were a lot smaller. No housekeeping they didn't change the bed linen. It was absolutely disgraceful. We didn't expect this at all and was left feeling uncomfortable in a new country. The staff was unhelpful specially the receptionist at White Crown hotel was really rude when she asked us to move to a new hotel she expected us to pay for the transport. Due to this inconvenience we expect the hotel to give us some what of a compensation or discount but there was nothing at all. Absolutely Disgusting. Do Not Book these hotels!

Dreckig und runtergekommen
Pros:

unser Bett war voll mit Haaren und lebenden krabbeltieren. Bekamen ein neues Zimmer. Haare waren immernoch da, krabbeltiere zum Glück nicht. Hatte eigentlich mit Balkon gebucht. Bei beiden Zimmern vergebens.

Juste horrible et sale

Accueil froid et non professionnel, soit disant chambre vip une catastrophe tout était très sale une honte les draps, les serviettes, équipement cassé, douche boucher et surtout jacuzzi dans un état lamentable et sale, mur dégueulasse et plein d'autres trucs du style

We arrived at the hotel around midnight and left at 10 a.m., so I cannot comment on the hotel extensively. However, even though we had missed breakfast, they kindly arranged breakfast for us anyway. Thank you for that.

I do think the hotel needs to improve its indoor parking facilities.
