Onlarca otelde kaldım bunun kadar kötüsünü görmedim. Oda temiz değildi çarşaflar yastıklar her şey lekeliydi. Odada yoğun bir gider kokusu vardı. Yerler tozlu ve kirliydi. Kahvaltı idare ederdi. Bodrumunda kapalı otopark alanı vardı ama onun kapısını açtırıp arabamı dışarıya çıkartmam bile zulüm oldu 3 defa yukarı çıkıp kapıyı açın demek zorunda kaldım. Televizyon bozuktu çalışmıyordu. Aklıma gelendler bunlar

Shockingly bad, STAY AWAY!

The room was absolutely terrible. The AC did not work, the TV was half hanging off the wall, there were no usual amenities that you expect. We travelled with a baby and were expecting a kettle or some way to make hot water for the baby's milk, but again, nothing of the sort. We had to use a dirty coffee machine in the lobby for the hot water. To top it all off, when we opened the curtains to see the view, the windows all had jail-style bars on them. No wonder they have the curtains closed in all the photos.

The reception staff were very rude, aggressive and completely unhelpful. There's no elevator so good luck carrying your luggage to your rooms up the stairs as the staff don't help you with your bags either. We also requested a baby cot which the hotel accepted, but then didn't provide one in the room.

We originally booked for 5 nights, but considering the condition of the room and how almost impossible it was to stay there with an infant, we checked out after one night. I asked if we could get a refund for the remaining 4 nights, or even 3 and they could charge us for an extra night, but the manager just swore at me and told me I should've cancelled the trip before I arrived. Absolutely appalling behaviour and disgusting service.

Hyvä, siisti hotelli
Pros:

Hotelli oli tosi siisti ja hyvin pidetty. Huoneessa oli siistiä ja petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet puhtaat ja asialliset. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huoneessa oli toimiva ilmastointi ja sänky ja tyynyt oli hyvät. Saimme huoneen sisäpihan puolelta, ei kuulunut liikenteen melu. Outoa vain oli, että huoneessa oli parveke, mutta sinne ei ollu ovea.

Cons:

Aamiaisella lämpimät ruuat oli kylmiä ja kylmät ruuat lämpimiä. Vähän piti miettiä, että mitä uskaltaa syödä. Suosittelen laittamaan asialliset laitteet niille, niitä ei ollut. Aamupalan takia pisteet 8, eikä 10. Kylmät tarjottavat pitää olla kylmässä ja kuumat pitää tarjota kuumana.

Було чисто , але поламався ключ і прийшлося довго чекати поки прийде майстер і щось зробить , а нашій 2х річній дитині потрібно було спати . Персонал мав би переселити нас у інший номер і займатися ремонтами
