Pros:

Gute Lage und sehr ruhig!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sehr veraltet und schmuddelig. Das Badezimmer sehr dreckig, verkalkt, Armaturen sehr heruntergekommen. Man hat sich nicht wohl gefühlt. Im Frühstücksraum war das Geschirr und das Besteck ebenfalls schmutzig.
Das Frühstücksangebot war passabel, aber leider ist mir bei dem vielen Schutz der Appetit vergangen....
Ich würde dort leider nicht noch einmal übernachten.

В целом все хорошо, уютно, но номера требуют более соответствующего обслуживания.
Pros:

Очень дружелюбный и вежливый персонал! Тихое место! Хороший завтрак!

Cons:

Сантехника сильно устарела, душевая была сломана, вода в умывальнике не спускалась, телевизор размером с автомобильную навигацию, считаю цена завышена на процентов 15 для данного отеля.

Santechnika su vandens likučiais ir kalkių nuosedu, nemalonu prisiliesti. Pusryčius neskanus, šalti lietiniai, storį gabaliukai pati pigiausio sūrio, neskani kava. Juokos košės, ką įprasta pusryčiams, bet keisto vaizdo salotas.nebuvo įrankių kad paimti iš bendros lekštes sau. Žinau kaip gali atrodyti pusryčiai 3žvegždute viešbutyje. Labai likau nusivylusių

Buena ubicación si no te importa caminar, pero instalaciones muy anticuadas para el precio.
Pros:

El hotel está en un barrio en la cima de una colina, una zona muy tranquila y agradable. Si bajas la cuesta, en unos 16 minutos estás en pleno centro, que es precioso y está lleno de todo tipo de servicios, tiendas y restaurantes. Las habitaciones aunque anticuadas están limpias. Y las recepcionistas son amables y serviciales. También el hotel cuenta con una terraza en la segunda planta para sentarse fuera.

Cons:

Para mi gusto, la relación calidad-precio no es buena. El ambiente general es algo oscuro y la recepción solo cuenta con una cafetera básica. En la habitación no había conexión Wi-Fi, lo cual hoy en día es indispensable, y se echan en falta detalles básicos como una tetera, tazas o café. Además, aunque el barrio es muy bonito, no hay ninguna cafetería ni restaurante cerca en la parte alta, por lo que dependes totalmente de bajar al centro para cualquier cosa.
