Great stay, good value for money
Pros:

I had excellent stay at this hotel. Very close walking distance to most of the places I wanted to visit. Very safe area, but the whole city of Kigali is very safe, full of kind people. Staff was always attentive and helpful.

I would never stay here again
Pros:

The room, for the most part, was good. Very tasteful decor, great shower, good amenities.

Cons:

Mattress not comfortable, air conditioning spotty (I had to call for service every day), hole in one towell and tatters on the other, no elevator, poor breakfast.

Great location to explore Kigali
Pros:

The hotel is at a very good location, easily walkable to most of the places I wanted to see in the city.
The staff of the hotel is really kind, attentive and helpful.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
The bed is super comfortable and huge

Everything, especially the people. Staff is very friendly, fast, professional. if there was any issue, they handled it immediately.

A beautifully designed, airy oasis with fantastic dining—my second stay was just as relaxing as the first.
Pros:

Back for my second stay at Urban Park Suites Hotel, and it’s just as wonderful as I remembered. The rooms are beautifully designed with modern furniture and a relaxing, subtle color scheme. Walking to the on-site cafe or the two restaurants, including a fantastic rooftop spot, feels like a stroll through a garden, thanks to all the gorgeous plants in porcelain vases. It has a wonderfully open, airy feel—a refreshing change from typical, claustrophobic hotel buildings!

Cons:

I don’t want to nitpick but I think providing workspaces for laptop nomads to concentrate would greatly improve the value

The staff were great, the experience not what I paid for.
Pros:

The staff were very responsive and friendly, although the issues I had were fundamentally unresolved.

Cons:

First I was transferred to a neighbouring hotel without forewarning or notice. The room was constricted and not what I had imagined leave alone paid for. Secondly, there was no internet throughout my stay in the neighbouring hotel. One reason I chose the hotel was internet. Thirdly, Breakfast was for example served at 7. Although I had to leave for work by 7 they could not work out any alternative offer for the one day I needed early breakfast. Despite a very friendly staff, I felt swindled by this experience.
