We book 4 rooms and request for late checkout due the bus we book was few hours later but our simple request was turn down n now was low season.

decent hotel and nice view from room

Cons:

scheduled housekeeping not available after 5pm. The first time in my life i called and was told housekeeping has gone home. Swimming pool not well kept. i am surprised the cafe staff during breakfast also taking food like nasi lemak and toast from the guest spread .... that also new to me as they spreading the butter on the toast, the guest waited aside as they taking food together at guest spread. i think need to inform the staff on protocol in dining area

bilik king selesa dn luas. cuma agak sedih dari segi kemudahan lift yang ada kerosakan terutama di tingkat 4 kawasan parkir. Menu sarapan pagi pula terlalu sangat simple (biasa2) jika dibanding dengan bayaran yang dibuat. overall boleh la .. kebersihan sawang labah2 di bahagian luar lift perlu demi imej hotel..
