It’s okay for a night because it’s not anywhere near eating outlets or convenience stores
Pros:

Did not have the breakfast. Not in town center.

Cons:

Rooms cleanliness were non very good. The mugs containing the toothbrushes were filthy. Cushions smelled. There were a few crawling ants on the coffee table and sink top. Staff were extremely friendly: Faiz and Reen, housekeeping requests were attended to immediately. Lobby area was nice and clean, rooms are spacious but old and needed refurbishing, hotel has its own car park, not many have their own in Kluang.

NOT UP TO EXPECTATIONS BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE AND THERE ARE OTHER HOTELS MUCH CHEAPER BUT BETTER

THERE WAS NO SOAP/ SHAMPOO HOLDER IN THE SHOWER.
THE PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE MAINTAINED BETTER IN TERMS OF PAINTWORKS AND DOORS NEED TO BE DONE UP

The mattress and pillow, feel like RM10 hotel. Couldn't sleep. Better bring your own mattress.

Pros:

Comfy bed, man at desk was nice. Ended up staying for 2 nights, mai ly because I didn't want to change hotels.

Cons:

Wasnt the cleanest, floor had weird stains on it. Was a little old and run down. No power points near the bed. Breakfast was very scarce, probably the worst buffet breakfast ive been to.
