Breakfast was fine

Cons:

Not many of staff members really speaks english. I had a lot of problems with check-in and check-out, staff made some mistakes with booking and told me i got "better" room than I was supposed to got which sounds like they wanted to make me pay more. Also i checked out earlier (2 days earlier) and they told me that check out should be done before 11 am (yes its should be but after last night!!) Whole ceiling in bathroom was covered in mold, also in floor corners etc. During the check-out staff asked me 4 times if I took something from minibar. I was asked to wait to check my room before leaving what was strange for me, so i offered to go check with staff but staff ordered me to stay and wait.

Pros:

Staff at reception and bar were friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is in city center, near to all attractions. Parking in front of the hotel.

Pros:

Polite staff and everything was as in the listing. Would recommend. There was some confusion initially with the room we booked,but the staff made everything they could and in the end they managed to fix it.
