Proximity to the railway station - very walkable.

Cons:

Cleaner pillows and sheets. Chairs are a tad dirty too. Not expecting 5* quality, but the place could be a bit cleaner. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Skip this place, not worth it.

Nothing. Wouldn't recommend this place even to my enemies. Felt unsafe as a single woman.

Cons:

Arrived around 10 pm after 8–9 hours of exhausting travel and had already informed the staff in advance to keep the room ready. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of a very disappointing stay.

The room was in a shoddy, dirty condition. Basic essentials were missing — no toiletries, no toilet roll, no kettle, no water bottles, no tea/coffee supplies, no slippers, no bathrobe. I had to repeatedly call the staff for these items, and even then they wouldn’t bring everything.

They actually resisted giving a kettle, and when one finally arrived, it was filthy with layers of dirt and looked like something from the 80s. It didn’t even work properly. It was so unhygienic that I chose not to use it at all.

To make things worse, the lights went off at 2 am with no backup. I had to wake up again at 4 am for my onward journey, so getting proper rest was impossible.

For a stay that cost close to ₹3600, this was nowhere near acceptable — honestly not even worth ₹500.

Would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The main advantage of this hotel is the location. It is one of the closest options to the train station, which was exactly what we needed before our early morning toy train to Shimla. The station is just a couple of minutes away on foot. The hotel is on a closed street with no cars, only people and motorbikes, which made it feel calm and easy to reach. It seems that many guests stay here for the same reason, to catch the train in the morning.

The hotel itself is very small, with only a few rooms, which made the stay feel quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite, and left a really pleasant impression. Room service is available and the food menu has a good variety. The hotel is a bit worn and the furniture and appliances are old, but everything was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The hotel is a little outdated, and the bathroom, especially the shower, could be improved. It was manageable for one night, but probably would not be very comfortable for a longer stay.

Good for early train but don’t try to sleep!

Staff were lovely. Good spot to train.

Cons:

The property is very tired and needs sorting. The room was dirty, bed linen stained. Bathroom was so dusty. Towels were not clean. When shown to rooms guy sprayed air freshener as were musty and smelt. Air con did not work in one room we had so hot and humid night with no sleep.

Great Location And Value!
Pros:

We had a nice one night stay here which was great value for money.
The hotel is in easy walking distance to and from the railway station and local town.
The staff were friendly and the room was clean, our room was facing out from the front of the building with a large window. Taxi's to visit the surrounding area can easily be sorted just outside the railway station.
