Понравилось все, особенно сервис.
По прибытию мне подсказали места, где можно поужинать, даже на чем туда добраться.
Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал.
Попросил утюг и гладилку, но мне предложили самим погладить. Даже оплату за это не взяли.
В общем, клиентоориентированность у них на высшем уровне.

Забыл сказать про завтрак. У них он стандартный, в плане времени. НО, у одного из постояльцев дети спали и могли проспать время завтрака, на что персонал ответил: "ничего, пусть спят, как проснутся мы их накормим".
Если буду в Актобе, только к вам!
