Sehr schön!
Pros:

Zimmer waren sauber, Nähe zur Stadt super. Personal war freundlich … Super das man den Campingplatz mit nutzen kann

Cons:

Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein ohne extra Kosten, daher fande ich den Preis etwas hoch

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit sehr leckerem Frühstück und leckerem Kaffee.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, einen Kühlschrank und einen Safe. Das Frühstück und Kaffee waren fantastisch. Der Hotelbesitzer ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Super ist, dass man auf dem Parkplatz vom Campingplatz DuParc parken und auch die Anlage nutzen kann.

Cons:

Es könnten unserer Meinung nach etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer und Haken für Handtücher und Waschlappen im Badezimmer angebracht werden.

Ok if you accept low room level
Pros:

Located pretty ok, breakfast surprisingly good, we could use the Camping site facilities which was a plus.

Très bon séjour. A renouveler.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux, personnel agréable et disponible.
Chambre très propre et calme avec vue sur les oliviers et le lac.
L'hôtel est situé à 500 m du centre ville de Lazise, en bordure de route très fréquentée, piste cyclable, piétons.

Cons:

Les escaliers pour accéder aux chambres à l'étage.

Perfekter Badeurlaub :-)
Pros:

Super Unterkunft für einen Badeurlaub.
Top Lage um sowohl den Gardasee, als auch das Städtchen Lazise fußläufig zu erreichen.
Durch die Anbindung an den Campingplatz Du Parc hat man wirklich jeden Luxus (Badeplatz ink. kostenfreien Liegen, Pool, Supermarkt, gratis Parkplatz,...).
Das Zimmer war perfekt sauber. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, einen Minikühlschrank und einen kleinen Balkon vorm Zimmer (obwohl wir eines ohne Balkon gebucht hatten), welchen man über den Flur erreichen konnte.

Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen!
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Auf Wunsch täglich neue Handtücher und Duschtücher. Es wurde jeden Tag das Zimmer sehr gründlich gereinigt.

Cons:

Es ist kein Fahrradraum vorhanden. Man konnte die E-Bikes in einer Garage abstellen. Allerdings hatte man nur sehr begrenzt Zugang zu dieser Abstellmöglichkeit. ( 08:00 - 10:30, sowie 17:30 - 21:00 ) . Der Pool ist nicht beim Hotel sonder 10 min weiter am Campingplatz. Beim Hotel gibt es keine Sitzmöglichkeit, außer zu Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants auf der Terrasse . Frühstück war gut, allerdings täglich das selbe. Für Ei und 2 Kaffee musste man extra bezahlen. Durch den begrenzten Zugang zur Garage musste man trotz eigenen Fahrrädern viel zu Fuß nach Lazise ins Zentrum laufen, was für uns sehr störend war. Es sind definitiv mehr als 200 Meter bis ins Zentrum! Weiters liegt das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße mit sehr viel Verkehr und dementsprechenden Verkehrslärm.

Zur Not wenn der Teufel Fliegen essen muss

Die Lage zum angrenzenden Camping Platz, welchen man als Gast des Hauses ebenfalls benutzen durfte, war von Vorteil. Zum Zentrum waren es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Die reservierten Parkplätze gegenüber wurden von Gästen gerne angenommen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein, sehr klein. Mit nur einem Schrank war die Unterbringung für Motorradfahrer unpraktikabel (Jacke, Hose, Stiefel und Helm).
Die Klimaanlage hatte zwar funktioniert, ist aber schon in die Jahre gekommen (zB Drehrad ohne Anzeigen).
Beim Frühstück konnte zwischen Menü 1 und 2 (+ ein Löffel Joghurt) gewählt werden. Nach Wurst und Käse war Schluss. Alles Andere war kostenpflichtig. Kommt man etwas später, fängt der Käse bereits zu "schwitzen" an.
Die Kopfkissen waren steinhart.
