Absolutely awful ! Terrible ! I will never visit again and never recommend to others.
Pros:

Location was fine / There was no one to serve T or Coffee for breakfast. I had to set up toaster etc myself and ask a cleaner for coffee and juice.

Cons:

No staff on hand to help with anything. The cleaners were doing everything which is unacceptable. I was informed that there would be music on the Friday and Saturday which was fine. However i was there from Monday to Thursday and there was loud music until 11:00 every night. I had to keep window shut because of the smokers outside. The shower screen in the ensuite was broken, door was hanging off. There was a continuous puddle of water in the ensuite which i had to clean up myself. All fixtures and fittings were old and scruffy. There was no reception staff to speak to, to resolve these issues.

The rooms need renovation, no soap, no toilet brushes, the shower door was broken, the carpets have a bad smell!
