Excelente estadia, apenas um pequeno detalhe no atendimento ao check-out.

A reserva foi efetuada através da minha conta para a minha mãe e o meu irmão. Esta foi a terceira vez que a minha mãe ficou hospedada neste hotel. Os quartos são confortáveis, a localização é excelente, o pequeno-almoço é variado e de boa qualidade, e toda a equipa foi muito simpática, prestável e profissional durante a estadia.

Cons:

Apenas uma pequena observação relativamente ao check-out, no dia 22 de julho, por volta das 5:10 da manhã. Ao descerem à receção para efetuar o check-out, o funcionário de serviço aparentava estar a dormir na sala de estar/espera. Cumprimentaram-no com um "bom dia" e informaram que iam fazer o check-out, mas não obtiveram qualquer resposta. Após entregarem o cartão do quarto, dirigiram-se à porta de saída, que estava trancada, e a única interação foi informar que a iria destrancar. Compreendo que fosse um horário muito cedo, mas um simples "bom dia", "boa viagem" ou "obrigado pela preferência" teria feito toda a diferença. A receção é o primeiro e o último contacto dos hóspedes com o hotel e pequenos gestos de simpatia fazem diferença na experiência do cliente. Foi a única situação menos positiva de uma estadia que, até esse momento, tinha sido excelente. Espero que esta observação contribua para manter o elevado padrão de atendimento que sempre encontrei nas anteriores estadias.

Second time staying here, one of the best hotels ever, everything is perfect

Cons:

The shower door didnt close correctly so the bathroom floor got all wet, there were plenty of towels to place on the floor.

Pros:

Breakfast had lots of options and was very tasty. Location was not in the most beautiful part of the city, but it was easy to access metro. Staff (Joao in particular) were very friendly.
