Perfeito para Lisboa!
Pros:

Excelente escolha! Quarto limpo, confortável, bem equipado, café delicioso, equipe receptiva e educada! Se voltar à Lisboa, gostaria de ficar nesse hotel novamente! Parabéns.

Pros:

O hotel fica localizado no centro de Lisboa, ficando assim muito acessível o acesso. A conservação do prédio muito bom e a limpeza também

Overhyped
Pros:

The bed was super comfortable and the location was ideal although the neighbourhood sometimes seemed off but we never felt unsafe.
The reception staff were nice to us

Cons:

The room was cramped ( room 107). The corridor on 1st floor had a smell.
The bathroom was so tiny.

Muito Boa. Café da manhã muito bom.
Pros:

Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos. quarto bom, banheiro bom, correspondeu a minhas expectativas. Volto daqui a pouco para concluir minha viagem. Esqueci uns objetos e entrei em contato com o hotel e se prontificaram a guardá-los até o meu retorno.

Cons:

Avenida tranquila, mas de vez em quando passa um carro da polícia ou dos bombeiros com sirene ligada. Mas isso existe em todos os lugares. Não atrapalhou meu sono.

Served it's purpose.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Hotel location a little further from the river than what we thought when we booked. All staff again friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Although we never felt threatened or in any danger, location not in the most desirable of locations.

Struttura e camera molto belle, stile moderno e minimal. Camere curate, pulite, asciugamani puliti tutti i giorni. X il mio compleanno al rientro ho trovato in camera un biglietto di auguri e due dolcetti tipici, dettaglio che sicuramente fa piacere e ti coccola. Colazione molto varia, c'è di tutto, sia dolce che salato. Unica cosa che potrebbero aggiungere dei pancake x colazione.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare dei difetti, metterei la possibilità di vedere dei programmi tv in italiano. Un po' rumoroso il frigobar quando parte.

Muy buen hotel en Lisboa
Pros:

Un hotel discreto pero muy elegante y moderno, apenas entras al lobby huele delicioso, el personal súper atento y amable, nos permitieron un check out más tarde sin costo adicional obviamente avisando con previa antelación, el desayuno buffet variado y rico, y bien ubicado de todo lo que hay por conocer en Lisboa. Súper recomendado.
