Our facilities will not operate as usual, as our hotel prepares for the big New Year's Eve; For this reason, some services and schedules will be affected. We detail them below:
GYM: Temporarily closed from December 21st and January 11th, 2024
SPA: Temporarily closed on December 25th, 26th, 31st, 2023 and January 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 2024
BREAKFAST: Temporarily closed on December 25th, 26th, 31st, 2023 and January 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2024.
DINNER SERVICE: Temporarily closed on December 1st, 15th, 16th, 22nd, 24th, 2023.
RESTAURANT: Temporarily closed on December 25th, 26th and 31st and January 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2024 and on January 4th open only for diner.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

O spa bom o pessoal muito simpáticos e atenciosos e no pediram desculpa vairias vezes por o hotel estar em obras mas nada que nos afectou
Foi reportado e como o hotel tava cheio nao poderam nos mudar de quarto o problema era que o a/c ligado fazia muito barulho
Lugnt och tyst läge på rummet. Frukosten var fantastisk och hunden fick vara med i matsalen. Synd att de inte erbjöd middag på hotellrestaurangen, men den var stängd för renovering. Finns dock flera snabbmatsrestauranger på andra sidan den ganska hårt trafikerade vägen.

La amabilidida del personal de recepcion y cafetería es de agrado. El parking vigilado, pese al estado de mantenimiento actual, es cómodo para viajes de trabajo.
Había camaras de vigilancia del parking fuera de servicio. El hotel indica ser de no fumadores pero la habitación olía a tabaco considerablemente. El olor del baño no era muy agradable, ademas de que la pobre construccion del plato de ducha hace que se inunde el baño por completo al ducharse (plato a la misma altura que el suelo, y pendiente mal construida). Las dos almohadas de la habitación eran muy duras, no habiendo otra opción en la misma habitación (puede ser cierto que en recepción tengan solución a esto). La calidad del desayuno deja mucho que desear.

La habitación bien y tanto el personal de recepción como del comedor expectacular. Muy amables y todo perfecto
Están en remodelación y falta algo de actualización pero por lo demás todo ok. Nos quedamos con ganas de probar el circuito de Spa
Nos dieron una suite temática porque no quedaban habitaciones dobles normales. Fue muy especial para nosotros porque esta estancia ha sido una de nuestras primeras citas y ha sido espectacular. La habitación temática espectacular, bañera de hidromasaje increíble. Gracias!
La ubicació si no vols entrar a Lleida i que tingui piscina.

El servicio y las instalaciones son espectaculares.
La piscina es una zona muy tranquila, el ambiente en general es muy bueno y todo está limpio.
Buena ubicación.
Que en Booking no especifican bien algunas cosas, por ejemplo el coste de mascota por noche, las instalaciones son un poco viejas, deberían actualizar.
No funcionaba el SPA de la piscina .
The bathroom plumbing sprayed water from the top of the rainshower all over. The room should not have been in service. The 3( ?)beds in my room were very uncomfortable. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee, you had to buy water out of the vending machine. The place was very run and needed serious remodeling. I was impressed with the breakfast lots to choose from and generally was good food. Overall 0 stars.
