Great location near Victoria station. Easy to get around the city.
We were able to leave our baggage at the hotel before check in, although this was at a cost of £5/bag.
There was a fan in the room which was great during the hot weather.
Great shower.
We were disappointed that breakfast wasn’t available as it was one of our reasons for booking that hotel. We were told before arrival that there were refurbishments going on.
We were given the opportunity to cancel our stay. But couldn’t find anything else in the price range.
It wasn’t an issue, though as we found breakfast nearby.

No breakfast. Room at top of rickety staircase. No air conditioning in heatwave was hard, but the window was could only be opened an inch. The room was like and oven. There was a fan provided which was helpful.

En la recepción no se esmeran para comunicarse en otros idiomas. Que nos cobraron 5 euros para guardar las mochilas medio tarde. No tenía aire acondicionado solo ventilador.

Nelle strade adiacenti tantissimi locali. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.
The staff were very helpful and friendly notjing was too much trouble ...my husband cant manage stairs so i room on the ground floor was sorted for us ....the shower was brilliant ... and the location is ideal right by the coach station
