Great value for money and location unbeatable
It was ok, but keep in mind the room was very small, difficult to open the luggage type of small
The location is fantastic. The rooms are efficiently spaced and include coffee, tee and water. There is a filter water station in the lobby that made it easy to refill our water bottles before going out to explore. The National Gallery is a short walk away and there are so many options for food, coffee and late night drinks. Jojie at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. We’d definitely stay again and hope jojie is there as well!

The location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. They were helpful in letting us leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The staff were very polite.
There was no fridge in the room. Although I generally didn’t hear any noise from the other rooms, one night I was woken from my sleep by the room shaking due to people making a racket in another room.
Fantastic staff - very accommodative and friendly. The room was petite as expected but very functional. I love Z hotel's model - small, compact rooms but at a fraction of a cost you would pay for central London. I will definitely be staying here again if we return to London. Breakfast was great as well

While quite small, the room had everything I needed, and was very cosy & comfortable. Granted I was on my own, and you may find it a bit tight with two people, but it's still very doable.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I loved the option to get a couple of extra bottles of filtered water from downstairs. The cafe downstairs is very nice too (and makes great coffee!)
There is a Sainsbury nearby, which can be useful, and the area is great with plenty of theaters, restaurants etc.
I wish I could find this type of accommodation everywhere.
The only thing I wish they had had was a small fridge, and the aircon struggled a bit in the very hot weather.

Location was great, a minutes away from major attractions! Being able to control lighting levels was amazing too, and the bed was very comfortable
The bathroom had privacy stickers on the glass walls. On one section it was completely removed. The shower head was leaking, but after a bit of tightening I was able to fix the issue
The room was so small that we could barely move around. The toilet and shower are behind frosted glass, so nothing you do there is secret. We were led to believe a complimentary continental breakfast (i.e., coffee and pastry) was included, but a staff member approached us as we were starting to eat and told us we were not eligible for that amenity. (Mind you, this is after paying more than $200 a da to stay there.) We were told on the second day of our three-day stay that they only offered housekeeping every two days, ostensibly for environmental protection, so our bed was not made and the trash can not emptied.
