Very disappointing this was my second stay and not sure i would book again
Pros:

The hotel was advertised as having airconditioning which wasn't working. The staff knew this as the hall littered with fans and engineer on site. They didn't advise guest and waited for complaint before taking action.if the staff had been proactive i could have understood. Also breakfast had meat sitting out in the heat.

I have enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past bbut this visit was very disappointing.

Cons:

The first room I was given was so cramped as there was a pillar that I had to squeeze pat to get to the bed.
The tv wasn’t working.
I asked to change rooms. The tv there switched off after a few minutes but I didn’t report it as I didn’t want to change rooms again.
The breakfast was very disappointing. I waited about 15 mins for a cup of tea as there were no clean cups.

Excellent stay. Couldn’t recommend this hotel high enough. Staff also brilliant.

Cons:

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again purely for this reason.
