When booking an apartment bed linen and towels are included. Bed linen is changed once every 7 nights, towels are changed once every 4 nights.

During summer, apartments do not include daily cleaning, while in winter apartments are cleaned daily.

Viaggio di coppia in Dolomiti. Soggiorno molto piacevole.
Pros:

Cordialità e disponibilità del ristorante. Camera bella. SPA essenziale ma con l'accortezza di creare un vero spazio di relax. Posizione molto comoda. Ampio parcheggio. Disponibilità a lasciare l'auto in parcheggio anche dopo il check-out.

Bellissimo soggiorno
Pros:

Area benessere molto accogliente. Vista molto bella. Camera molto pulita. Personale cordiale. Parcheggio per moto al coperto. Cena molto gradita (possibilità di mangiare al ristorante o pizzeria).

Cons:

Sarebbe utile avere un'etichetta per indicare il cibo che si serve a colazione. Letto matrimoniale assente nella camera matrimoniale.

Hotel verdient 4 sterren
Pros:

De ruime kamer, het slaapcomfort, Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We hebben er genoten van het zwembad en de drie verschillende sauna's. Het ontbijt en diner was prima. Direct naast het hotel kan je gratis parkeren. Een prima locatie om de Sella-ronde te doen. Wat ook aan te raden is de wandelroute vanaf het hotel (rond wandeling).

Pros:

È stato un soggiorno meraviglioso. La struttura è in una posizione strategica per tante belle camminate, è attaccata alla fermata del pullman e quindi è comodissimo se ci si vuole muovere coi mezzi, specie per andare verso il Passo Pordoi e il Passo Sella.
Lo staff dell'hotel è molto accogliente, gentile, attento e disponibile; sono tutti molto cordiali, c'è davvero una bella atmosfera!
Le stanze sono molto belle (almeno, la mia lo era) e le tengono molto pulite, c'è un'area wellness molto carina, e hanno anche un pianoforte e una chitarra che sono a disposizione di chi lo sa suonare.
Il cibo è ottimo! Le porzioni non sono grandi, ma per me è un'ottima cosa, e poi comunque c'è il buffet di antipasti.
In generale, tutto molto ottimo, spero di riuscire a tornare!

Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte, ma piacevole
Pros:

La posizione in cima al passo è perfetta. La struttura è molto accogliente. La possibilità di parcheggiare la moto in garage è molto apprezzata

Cons:

Avremmo utilizzato volentieri la Spa ma ha disposizione avevamo solo un asciugamano, un accappatoio sarebbe meglio

Pros:

Loved our stay here. Great location with all the main attractions od Dolomites nearby. Superb wellness facilities, clean, elegant, not overcrowded. The restaurant cooks delicious food, really enjoyed aglio olio, pizzas were also really good. Rooms are well equiped and spacious.

Cons:

Would love a mini fridge in the room.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, fuori dal paese ed immerso nelle Dolomiti; colazione abbondante e di qualità. Lo Staff molto cordiale ed accogliente.

Cons:

Il bagno era un pò piccolo, ma comunque era correttamente segnalato anche in fase di prenotazione, quindi ero a conoscenza di ciò.

Pros:

Ottima posizione al fresco vicino ai 1800 m/slm, molto fresco in un'estate torrida. Tutto molto piacevole, con servizi che non non usato e che non commento. Buona cena al ristorante in loco, apprezzabile anche perché non c'è molto altro in loco. Ho avuto una camera un po' più grande con un terrazzo immenso a tetto. Tornerei volentieri alla prossima occasione nelle Dolomiti. Posteggio gratuito e comodissimo.

Forse un filo meno di freddezza del personale la gradirei, in modo personale, ma avendo girato la zona è comune e forse una forse è una forma di discrezione culturale. Ma la cortesia non manca (quasi) mai
