Location and SPA was great.
Too small/crowded breakfast serving place, food was disappearing too fast and wasn't served quick enough or even not replaced at all.

Dat wij een oude kamer hadden met doorgezakte bedden, wij hebben verschrikkelijk last van onze rust en lagen de kamer naast de lift !!! Er was geen mogelijkheid om om te boeken naar een andere kamer.

The overall impression of the hotel is very good. The arrival was without problems and I was able to park my motorbike for free in the garages of a nearby hotel. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and there was a lot of choice. The wellness area with a swimming pool is great. This hotel is a good starting point for motorbike rides or hiking to Piz Boe.
It was obvious that I had a room in the older part of the hotel.
