Please note that the hotel can only be reached by aerial cableway from Kriens. The last ride is at 17:00 in summer until the end of October and at 16:00 in winter. Please check the schedules in advance.
The hotel can also be reached by cogwheel train from Alpnachstad, except during the winter season. Please check the schedules in advance.
The aerial cableways may be temporarily inoperable in case of strong winds.
The tickets for ascent and descent can be purchased at a discounted rate if you show your booking confirmation.
The à-la-carte restaurant is only open during the day.

Le calme (surtout une fois que tout le monde soit redescendu) et la chance d’avoir la vue sur le lac! Tout est parfait. Les repas dans la magnifique salle d’époque du Pilatus Kulm (au fait les deux établissements n’en sont qu’un car la réception est partagée et on rejoins l’un et l’autre soit par l’extérieur, pour ne pas louper une minute de panorama, soit par un couloir interne pratique) Et cuisine délicieuse.
The staff was incredible in both the hotel and the restaurant. We loved our stay.
Including directions and addresses of the cable car and the cogwheel train would be very helpful. Because we are from another country, we struggled to find where we had to go.

Merkwürdig finde ich, dass das Pilatus-Wasser im Hotelzimmer gratis aus dem Wasserhahn kommt und im Restaurant 75cl nur 7,50 kosten
Der Aufenthalt war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die kulinarischen Momente beim inkludierten Nachtessen und beim Frühstück waren aussergewöhnlich.

The food was absolutely amazing, the stuff very supportive and kind.
The location is absolutely stunning. The staff on reception and in the dining areas were very friendly and helpful. Staying in the hotel really was the best way to experience the mountain.
When we got to reception we were informed that, as we were staying two nights, we could get complimentary passes for the cable car or cogwheel train for our second day. This was a great perk, but it would have been good to know about this ahead of time. Additionally, hotel guests are entitled to a 30% discount to get up and down the mountain, but this doesn't appear to apply on pre-booked passes - it would have been good to receive a discount code at booking to allow us to get the discount ahead of time.
Fantastic location! The staff were super friendly & helpful. We got the package with dinner & breakfast and it was incredibly good value.
