Pros:

Solid value hotel. I felt they delivered based on the price I paid. Staff was very friendly. Let us use the WC and store our luggage before and after checkout while we toured the city.

Total schön, komme gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, nahe an Innenstadt und Bahnhof. Total sauber und ruhig gelegen. Frühstück super, Koffer unterstellen möglich.

Cons:

Es war etwas hellhörig.
Man kann kostenlose Tickets als eine Art Touristenkarte erhalten, doch bei mir erfolgte das nicht proaktiv, sondern erst auf Nachfrage. Und darum wissen tat ich nur weil jemand anderes das in einer Bewertung beschrieben hatte. Ein anderes schweizer Hotel ließ mir so eine Touristenkarte sogar im Vorfeld zukommen, nachdem die Rechnung beglichen war. Das fand ich vorbildlich, weil man das Ticket so auch für die Anreise innerhalb der Stadt nutzen konnte.

Parkeren geen probleem Zij hanteren een kortingsprijs van 15,00 euro per dag Maar er wel om vragen

Ik vernam later bij het bureau voor toerisme dat hotels een kortingskaart geven voor musea bus en boot
Zij heeft er voor gezorgd dat ik die alsnog kreeg

Great base to explore Lucerne.
Pros:

The location is ideal. Charming residential area, 10 mins walk to both the station and the old town. Bus and supermarket nearby. Light, airy and comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff.

L'emplacement ,près de la vieille ville

Cons:

Trop chaud dans la chambre, et pas pû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes! Les stores sont vieillots ,ne ferment pas jusqu'en-bas et beaucoup de bruits autour de l'hôtel :voitures ,aboiements de chiens ,bande de jeunes qui fesaient la fête sous les fenêtres!

Cons:

One of the staff questioned us entering the staff laundry area after we explained we didn't do it. We just try to make sure the area that we can do the laundry.I would suggest you make a sign with instruction to avoid confusion. Another person in our group made a phone call to report the washing machine was not working after cioning, but when the staff came, it started working. The staff criticized him why calling her while the machine was working. I think you should have a better way to communicate with clients. Thank you
