Командировка в Астану
Pros:

Удобное расположение. Рядом парк, аптеки, продуктовые магазины, ресторанчики. Недалеко от Экспо и аэропорта. Чисто, симпатично. Хорошее оснащение номера. На ресепшн работники вежливые, быстро реагируют на просьбы.

Cons:

Завтрак. Объясню:
1. Завтрак с 8 до 10. Однако придя в 9.30 было обнаружено, что столы грязные, на столе раздачи стоит в два этажа посуда, работница одна (она конечно, ни при чем), не успевает. Еды практически не было, только хлеб и булка, немного йогурта. Она тут же принялась намывать хоть какую-то посуду для нас, параллельно нарезать колбасу и жарить яйца в суете.
2. На следующее утро работниц уже было 2 человека, выбор был, но все холодное. Ладно, есть микроволновка для подогрева. Но!!! Нет зерен для кофе. На вопрос про кофе: они ответили, что закончились.
Необходимо обязательно улучшить работу пищеблока, увеличить время завтрака, добавить сотрудников, разнообразить выбор блюд. Раз есть кофемашина, то держать запас зерен, т.е. тот же организационный вопрос работы кафе.

Pros:

Чистое белье, наличие банных принадлежностей. Удобные подушки, много шкафов и полочек для вещей. Кабельное телевидение.

Cons:
