It’s a convenient location to visit a family member who is living in the area.

Cons:

We were on the 2nd floor, every step on the stairs creaked, also the floor boards in the bedroom. We asked for the early bird menu that was advertised in our bedroom brochure, only to be told, there wasn’t one. The bedroom brochure hadn’t been updated. ??? Free WiFi had no internet connection for the 2 days we were there. ?? Had to ring bell to get into the hotel at 11:30 on a Friday night.??

Cons:

Main issue was we could clearly hear the music from our bedroom on the Saturday night and couldn't get to sleep until it was finished.
Bacon was rock hard. Pancakes seemed to be shop bought. Very skimpy with the fruit on the pancakes.
