Pros:

La habitación y el lavabo es espectacular, la cama es súper cómoda y todo está súper bien decorado. Además tienen cocina equipada. Además está a 3min de la parada del bus y 7 de la del metro

nice place to stay
Pros:

They quickly provide a new set of towels, when the first one came with a stain.
Easy check-in and checkout.
Room cleaning was provided.
Room was spacious. Water pressure was fine and it was hot, once the boiler is ready.
6-8mn to the metro by walking.
AC was working.

Cons:

You have to turn on the boiler 50mn before taking a shower. Not a big deal though.
Location felt somewhat not safe, though I have seen worse neighborhoods in Athens.

Pros:

Chambre propre avec un accès autonome et très facile. Quartier calme, pas de problème de nuisances. Accès au métro en 5 minutes à pied donc très pratique pour aller en centre ville.

Pros:

Modern, quiet, kitchen and space ok

Cons:

I have very mixed feelings about the room. 1) when I arrived there was a strong smell of javel to disinfect the bathroom which has a mold problem because of insufficient ventilation. Not very nice feeling but at least bathroom was clean
2) When you turn on the light the small fan evacuates the humidity. Once you leave and turn off bathroom light there is no ventilation anymore. I did the test: left ventillator on, went for breakfast and came back 1h15min later. By then the bathroom was almost dry. There is almost no natural ventillation in the apartment unless you leave door or sliding window open. There is a small gap of 1 cm below the door but this really does not solve the humidity problem in the bathroom. A good solution would be that ventillator would be forced to run 1.5hours after taking shower. It is a design problem. Javel or dehumidifier try to solve the consequences but solution should be at source. It would probably also be cheaper on the long term
3) there seems to be some small water leak behind the toilet. Water from shower goes all over the place. A shower door would help to contain water from spreading over larger surface
4) the floor in front of kitchen was very dirty. Vacuum cleaning does not solve this. It is only 3m2 to mop wet. Could have been done together with bathroom and javel
5) since apartment is on ground floor you have to close the curtains to have some privacy. Not very nice to be enclosed during holiday but on the other hand also not for long time

Pros:

Location is fairly close to the Attiki metro station which made getting around easy. Room was compact but clean and tidy and cleaned fairly regularly. The self check-in worked well and the host was communicative.

Cons:

Only a couple of small suggestions for improvement which would be a towel rail and perhaps some more hangers.
