Allhamdulilah it's so beautiful hotel only 7minutes walk to umrah gate and plus point is this side of haram never close when pray time. We've got so much Help from brother Raju khan and brother Mehdi hassan both was so good all ways smiling 😃 jazakallah for your kind help may Allah give more barakah in your life. and both of them was so helpful we would never forget also front staff all ways smiling 😃, to the hotel management jazakallah for letting us stay and late check out. In shah Allah will be staying there soon 🙏.

اعجبني موقع الفندق ممتاز جداً
تعامل الموظفين بالأخص موظفة الاستقبال اميرة او امينة لم اسمع اسمها جيداً اشكرها على لباقتها و حسن تعاملها و استقبالها وتسهيل استلام الغرف بعد سفر طويل بالسيارة

الفندق قريب جدا جدا من الحرم والطريق مستوي ويصلح للكبار السن والاشخاص ذو الكرسي المتحرك وممكن ان تصلي في باحه الفندق كانك تصلي في ساحات الحرم والذي اعجبني كثيرا ان الاسانسير مقسم علي مجموعات من الغرف مشان لا يوجد ازدحام

قربه من الحرم وموظفي الاستقبال خاصة الأحد وحيد وزميله وقت الدخول نسيت اسمه للاسف وعامل الخدمة في الدور الثامن راجو

NOTHING except its comparatively closer to Masjid ul Haram

EVERYTHING - extremely dirty rooms, broken doors, broken furniture, broken and dirty toilet seat, small, broken and old wash basin, broken bathroom, BAD smell from bathroom, extremely tiny rooms, could not find enough space to offer prayer in hotel room, very old furniture and fittings. requires heaving overhauling.
