المكان اعتدنا ان نحجز فيه كل سنه لنا ثلاث سنوات اذا جينا مكه ما نسكن الا فيه بس للاسف هالسنه فيه ملاحظات كثييير اول شي الاثاث كان تالف ولا فيه صيانه ولا تجديد، الارضيات كانت غير نظيفه وعليه طبقه زي الغبار تلصق بالرجول تكرمون، أحدى باب الدواليب كان مكسور وكان بيطيح على طفله صغيره، كالون الباب للغرفه يطيح باليد، جلسنا في غرفه وفجاه كنا نسمع صوت مويه من دورة المياه استغربنا لان ما كان في احد داخل بعدها لما فتحنا الباب لقينا الموية تصب صب من سقف الحمام وتحديدا من اللمبه وهذا يؤدي الى التماس بالكهرب. وللتذكير كنا حاجزين غرفتين وتسريب المويه صار بالغرفتين بالدور الثامن. حتى اكون منصفه الموظفات كانوا جداً محترمين وبقمة الرقي والاخلاق والذوق واخصص بكلامي مهيار وبدرية الله يجزاهم خير باسلوبهم الحلو وتعاملهم. واطلب من المدير المسؤول عن الفندق ما عوضونا عن مشكلة المويه فقط غيروا لنا الغرفه وجا العامل قفل محبس الماء حتى يتوقف تسريب الماء. لكن اتمنى ان يصير في صيانه مستمره للفندق لانه اكثر فندق انا واسرتي نرتاح له اذا جينا مكه، وشكرا

المكان بجوار جميع الخدمات.

Cons:

الغرفة ضيقة جداً جداً.الحمام مأساة ضيق جداً جداً الشور ملاصق لقاعدة التواليت. السعر مبالغ فيه مقابل الخدمة لا انصح به .التكييف يسرب ماء داخل الغرفة ورفض الاستقبال تغيير الغرفة.

Tout était parfait 👌
Les chambres spacieuses et très fonctionnel
Une propreté irréprochable ,la réception très chaleureuse et disponible
L’endroit idéal pour un bon repos loin de la foule et à la fois pas très loin du Sanctuaire sacré,très bien desservi par les taxis 15 rial vous dépose sous l’horloge( route sous est dépose rapide sous les grands hôtels de l’horloge)un Escalator et vous êtes en face 🤲
Convient très bien à ceux qui souhaitent confort et qui ont un budget limité
