وجود بقاله داخل الفندق وكذلك صالون حلاقه
بالاضافة الى توفر موقف مجاني

الفندق مزدحم جدا لكثرة حملات العمرة التي تنزل فيه
ضغط على المصاعد وضغط وتدافع على حافلات النقل من والى الحرم مما ادى الى اخذ تاكسي من والى الحرم في غالب الاحيان
