The bedroom was very clean
Property is right off a highway, people were sleeping in the parking lot, lots of homeless people walking around outside the gates…
Although some things could use a touch up, the room was so clean and even the towels in the bathroom were like brand new. Soft and bright. Same for bed sheets.

Great rooms, very large and very clean.
Wifi never worked, I could have tried to debug with the staff, but wasn't worth the effort. Just had to tether with my phone. The management has a long page of tons and tons of rule and they even put more rules as a special page under everyone's door at night. Of course, the irony is there are so many rules, no one reads them. Just annoying. Apparently every time something bad happens they add a new rule, so you can basically see every bad thing that ever happened by reading their rule list, which is kind of funny. Better to just have 3 or 4 rules people can remember, or even yet, don't allow bad customers to stay there so you don't have to present good customers with a million rules.
Conveniently located and you get a lot for your money! My room was huge! Full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Big TVs and nice bathrooms with all toiletries included.

It was close to everything in south austin. Everything was not more than 20 minutes even with construction.
I wish they came in to change the sheets and give new towels since we did stay for a couple of days.

The building rooms and facilities are great for the week stay where I wanted a small kitchen to self cater. The rooms are good size and very clean. Free washing machine use and ample parking if you had a car. The staff were friendly and helpful
The location is sketchy at night, a lot of homeless and drug addicts in the area which is largely industrial and near the freeway. Depending what you need to get too it’s a long walk to almost anywhere.
Renovations had been done in the recent past. I was satisfied with the staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room. Yes, I would stay there again.
Could use a non-slip pad in the bathtub.
