Pros:

I loved this hotel. It was right on the beach and the staff was extremely wonderful.

Cons:

I did not like how there wasn't a front desk clerk.

Pros:

Location was great. We were very appreciative of the upgraded room to an Oceanview. We really enjoyed watching the action from the room.

Cons:

I wish they had a place to leave our luggage after checking out as we had to carry our luggage around town. There was only one place to leave our luggage at, and there was a long line (we had a scheduled tour to go to). Next time we will take a backpack instead.

Great location, rooms are clean but somewhat small with no refrigerators or microwaves and only 1 mirror.

No refrigerator or microwave in room. Also, only one mirror so cramped in the bathroom. No kind of breakfast other than coffee. But love the charm of the place!

Lovely suite in downtown Avalon, overlooking the beach
Pros:

Awesome location - we had a suite overlooking the beach, right in downtown Avalon. Loved the enclosed balcony with small table and chairs!

Cons:

Really no impact for our stay, however, there is no onsite staff for questions, etc.

Overall not worth it. Hotel pretending to be high-end but it’s mid
Pros:

The only good thing about this property is its central location, everything’s close.

Cons:

The price I paid for 1 night did NOT match its value. Outdated hotel, lacks service, lacks quality, only looks somewhat like the photos on display. The sheets and towels are old and stiff, the carpet is dirty in the bedrooms and the stairway to go upstairs.

It was peaceful and relaxing and very clean
Pros:

The location was awesome it was right in front of the beach and between 2 shops. All the food places that were around weren't far even the pier wasn't 50 feet away everything was close.
