Do facto de no Booking dizer que tem piscina e não tem,de dizer que tem praia privada e é pública. Toda a gente pode ir , quando chegamos a recepção estava repleta de pessoas para ir para a praia. Ficamos meia hora á espera para ir buscar a chave ( e já tínhamos feito o check in on line ) e 16 horas a casa não estava pronta. Fomos para a tal praia privada e estava repleta de gente,não tinhamos se quer espaço para nós. A casa estava um calor insuportável. As casas de banho cheirava mal a esgotos não se conseguia dormir com o cheiro. A água das torneiras cheirava mal ,não se podia lavar a cara e os dentes nem loiça . A do banho lá depois de muito correr lá dava para tomar um banho. Água fria ,quente , pouca pressão. Quartos sem tomadas . Preço super elevado para a casa e condições que nos apresentam

Turismo y bañito
Pros:

El ambiente tranquilo, el amanecer y anochecer rodeada de flamencos, la posibilidad de descansar y darte un baño después de caminar por Aveiro.

Cons:

Hasta que empieza a correr el agua hay un poco de olor a agua estancada.

Shouted at and accused by the rude owner.
Cons:

One of the strangest experiences of my life. There was an issue with the reservation because the ages of the kids didn’t save. Instead of politely talking about it and trying to find a solution, the owner decided to shout at me on the phone, interrupting me constantly when I was trying to talk and accusing me of doing it on purpose to save money.

It turned out it was a booking bug so not my fault at all but the owner when told this, just continued to be rude.

We didn’t stay there in the end because I didn’t want to put my family (travelling with two small children) in that environment.

Looking at the other reviews though, I’m not the only one he has been like that with and the place sounds horrible so maybe we dodged a bullet.

I’m sure I will get a defensive comment from the owner here because these people can never look at their own behaviour. But the truth is that these people shouldn’t be working with the public.

Avoid at all costs if you don’t want your holiday ruined!

The breakfast basket was great! The location to the town.

Cons:

The trip from the car park to the boat hut, the lake was small and unkempt, it states swimming pool but there is only the lake. Which is full of plantation fine if that’s your thing. It is over priced for what it is. I wouldn’t stay stay more than a night or two.

Aínda têm muito que aprender!
Pros:

A localização e as miudzs da recepção são os unicos pontos positivos. Organização 0 a 10!

Cons:

A morada mal dada, o check in online, o preço/qualidade, a arrogancia do proprietario.

Für eine Nacht ganz okay. Oder für Strandurlauber?
Pros:

Es ist sehr ruhig und in 10 min der Stadt. Das Frühstück war üppig (auch wenn nichts besonderes). Der private Strand ist sicher nett für die die gerne baden. Ein Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Nicht ein Ort für Roadtrip.

Cons:

Es ist war sehr heiss. Die Klima hätte vielleicht vorher eingeschaltet werden können. Etwas schwer zu finden. Das Wasser stinkt nach Schwefel. Ameisen haben sich ein weg gefunden.

Pros:

O sitio é fantastico e acaba por ser muito central.
Adoramos o pequeno almoco e o espaco. A praia é òptima para os miudos! Ideal para familias.
O staff é muito simpático e prestável. Sempre disponiveis. :)

Cons:

Confesso que a cama foi talvez o pior ponto, não pelo conforto, mas pelo ruído :)
