This is value for money specially when you stay for a while in Baguio.
Pros:

Hotel 45 is near the downtown and public terminal and accessible via public transport. It has free breakfast included. Room is ok for the not so picky.

Cons:

Old facilities, you have to manage your expectations for the price you pay.

"Our stay at Hotel 45 was truly excellent! ✨ The staff were very warm, accommodating, and helpful from check-in to check-out they made us feel very welcome even with our two young children. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is very convenient, walking distance to SM City Baguio and nearby schools, which was perfect for our board exam. Great value for money, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! 👏🏼"

Staff dont smile to much. Slippers are free to use but a different color and brand for foot

Pros:

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Toiletries were also provided including a comllementary watered bottle.
The free breakfast however have limited options.

The breakfast have small portions and limited options.

The daytime staff at the counter is not smiling, seems off and approached work as routinary.

Pour une nuit, pas plus !
Pros:

L'emplacement près du centre et du mall

Cons:

L'hôtel a besoin d'une rénovation. Tout est année 80. Pas de cafetière, pas d'air conditionné, tout est vieillot.
Petit déjeuner minimaliste, uniquement philippin , un sachet de café distribué à l'entrée de la salle à manger qui ressemble à un réfectoire.
